The New World Order Defined

(Novus Ordo Seclorum), a “New World of the Ages.”

^{Mt 24:5} For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.

^{Mt 24:6} You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.

^{Jn 1:1} In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

^{Jn 1:2} He was with God in the beginning.

THE BEGINNING OF THE EVIL CREATION WAS DONE FALSELY IN “THE NAME OF GOD THE FATHER.” THE NEW WORLD AMERICA:

1:1) In the beginning the founding fathers fabricated the state of Kingdom and Reality. 1:2) At this point reality wasn’t governed by any authority, and had no purpose. Ignorance was upon the so-called profound people, they were very superficial. Those who were loyal to the founding fathers were in a state of uncertainty, over the choices that had to be made. 1:3) And, the founding fathers said, “Let there be enlightenment,” and there was enlightenment. 1:4) The founding fathers saw that the enlightenment was good, and he separated the enlightenment from the ignorance. 1:5) The founding fathers called the enlightenment “Opportunity,” and the ignorance he called “non-productivity.” And there was a negotiation at the end of the – First opportunity.

1:6) And, God the founding fathers said in the strictest confidence, “Let there be superstitions to separate good choices from bad choices.” 1:7) So God the founding fathers made the superstitious beliefs and separated the bad choices under the superstitions, from the good choices above its laws. And it was so. 1:8) The founding fathers called the superstitions “Logical.” And there was a negotiation at the end of the – Second opportunity.

1:9) And the founding fathers said, “Let those who are superstitious (Believers of false religions) be gathered to one place, and let an uninspired foundation appear.” And it was so. 1:10) The founding fathers called the uninspired foundation “Oppression,” and the superstitious who were gathered he called “Confused Fools.” And the founding fathers saw to it, that this foolishness was believable. 1:11) Then the founding fathers said, “Let the oppression create monotonous people; People who spiritually and mentally vegetate and procreate according to their various false beliefs.” And it was so. 1:12) The oppression created people who vegetate; a state of mind carried on, from generation to generation, who procreate according to their false beliefs. And there was a negotiation at the end of the – Third opportunity.

1:14) And the founding fathers said, “Let there be a system of understanding in the false religions, to make them seem logical to the fellowships, to separate the opportunity from those who are lost in non-productivity, and let this false logic, serve as tokens to identify situations in progress, in a confused fashion. 1:15) And, let there be understanding in the superstitions (False religions) that will allow the truly logical Fellowships, to be able to understand the enlightenment of reality, that exist within the falsehoods.” And it was so. 1:16) The founding fathers made two great interpretations concerning New World affairs, the Greater Enlightenment to govern over Opportunity, by those who are loyal to him, and the lesser non enlightenment to make oppression and repression self governed, by those who are in darkness. He therefore created his future destiny. 1:17) The founding fathers established the future destiny of false religions, as well as those who understood the truth, 1:18) to be able to control both opportunity and non productivity, to his pleasure, as he separated enlightenment from ignorance. And the founding fathers saw to it that it was believable. 1:19) And there was a negotiation at the end of – the Fourth opportunity.

1:20) And the founding fathers said, “Let the realm of possibilities spread rapidly among the vigorous servants, and let the simple minded see a glance of the truth, concerning the falsehoods in certain religions, so that there will be disagreements.” 1:21) So the founding fathers created great servants for the confused to follow, and he created every vigorous and active branch of knowledge, so that the choices would spread rapidly, and according to their beliefs, the simple minded learned based on their character. And the founding fathers saw that it was believable. 1:22) The founding fathers favored them (The great servants over the Confused) and said, “Be productive and increase in number, and fulfill my decision and let the simple minded develop a sense of reality.” 1:23) And there was a negotiation at the end of the – Fifth opportunity.

1:24) And the founding fathers said, “Let the oppression create opportunities to become vigorous servants according to their beliefs, household servants to clean our homes, servants that will control the action on the streets, as well as drug addicts, and people with other plights, each according to their nature and character.” And it was so. 1:25) the founding fathers made the drug addicts out of the poor Black communities, and created those who controlled this action according to favoritism. And the founding fathers saw to it that it was again believable. 1:26) Then the founding fathers said, “Let us make one who pledges to our allegiance (A Pact), in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the gullible, who are confused and the simple minded, who know a little about the truth, let us put them over all that is reality, and over all the servants that enforce and control the activities of oppression and repression.” 1:27) So the founding fathers created one who pledged to his allegiance, in his own image, in the image of Satan. He created him. He created the Laws over Mankind, those who enforces the Laws, the So-Called Mafia to control the action of the streets, to keep the poor repressed, he created the {Secret Orders}, to protect his most valued interest, which is his knowledge and ability to deceive the masses, and therefore control the World, and he created them all. 1:28) The founding fathers favored them and said to them, “Be productive and increase in number, fulfill reality and control it. Rule over the gullible and the simple minded and over every servant of oppression.” 1:29) Then the founding fathers said, “I give you everyone who vegetates and procreates according to their false beliefs. They are yours to profit from, just make sure I get my percentage of (10%). 1:30) And to all who are uncivilized, simple minded and all the servants of oppression who vegetate, I give you all self destruction.” 1:31) The founding fathers saw that all that he had fabricated (Falsehoods), was very convincing to the weak minded which was Mostly everyone. And there was a negotiation at the end of – Sixth opportunity.

2:1) Accordingly Satan’s Kingdom and the reality of the masses, was completed to accommodate the ruling class. 2:2) By the seventh opportunity the founding fathers completed the job he had done. So on the seventh opportunity he recessed from all his work. And the founding fathers favored the seventh opportunity and felt his creations were indisputable, and could not be overcome by any Man, only because of this, did he recess from all the work of creating that he had done.

Who were the Thugs?

I came across by a Freemason about these three ruffians (Thugs) he did not understand what I was saying, when I said they beat down a man who had a plan to build the temple (Of God) and took it from him. I was talking about the so-called Christians, Muslims and Jews. One claimed he died so that they could live, another said, God would not create such a person and anyone who follows him should be put to death and still another claimed he never came. The common factor they all denied him and left him for dead. This is a well kept secret concerning the Journey of the Lord.

Paul Visits the Churches

^{Mt 8:19} Then a teacher of the law came to him and said, “Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.”

^{Mt 8:20} Jesus replied, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

^{Mt 8:21} another disciple said to him, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”

The Secret Code of the Bible

The teachings of Paul Castellano are that he is the Apostle Paul in the flesh and we are living in the last days. The secret code of the Bible is simple, if one accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, he will be saved. You may ask he will be saved from what?

Understand though this is God’s world, we are living in the times of Satan’s rein. Satan is raising havoc on God’s true chosen flock and he was given authority to do this for a many years. We are taught that God allowed Satan to do this to us, but the truth of the matter is that in the beginning there was darkness and then there came light.

Darkness is evil dastardly deeds. Evil is an unjust ruler-ship over mankind. Understand the true America is the United States, but not as we were taught. It is the 13 states of the confederation. We are talking about the 13 families that rule over the world, the Illuminati.

Satan rule was not by God’s authority, but due to God’s people; an innocent people; understand the Garden of Eden meaning is the garden of innocence. God’s true chosen people did not know of violence and war, when they went to battle it was no more than a dance contest until they got tired. Evil and murderous wars were of European culture.

The Bible is about contemporary times, simply names were changed. For example, there is a lot of symbolism in the Bible. For example Egypt is the symbol of slavery in America as whereby Rome symbolizes the financial capital where slaves sought freedom in the North.

Jesus was sentenced to death as the Bible teaches in Africa, the land of the Zews the true Jews, he was sent to the South states of the Confederation to be crucified, but he escaped death and oppression and was given a new identity in New York City, where he became known as Paul Castellano.

When he got there he was given a new identity and was no longer known or claimed to be Jesus Christ, but became the Apostle Paul, as he eloquently taught the high sciences of Jesus Christ and made claims such as I not the Lord, to make a point.

In summery; I am here to share with you that the Apostle Paul and Jesus Christ are one and the same. Jesus Christ was given the death sentence for blaspheme by Africans, however his father pardoned him and fabricated a story that Voodoo Africans would believe, that he died and was raised from the dead and sent him to New York City, where he taught the Mob the hidden truth of how to overcome Satan’s rein, whom the Mob were House Niggers to in fact.

The simple secret is to claim Jesus is Christ is Lord and Savior even if you do not truly believe it and it would allow you to travel freely in the land controlled by the White Man. Because as long as you profess Christ they will believe you are of an oppressed mindset and not a threat to the establishment. You can only speak the truth in secret. And they grew in number also!

Paul Angers the Church Leaders

After many years of being on the run, Paul found his place in the North in Financial Capital of New York. Yet very few knew him they only knew of him. Then after Paul got word his Uncle Worshipful Master was dying he briefly visited Avon Park, FL, a small town known by the Mafia as the promise land. Paul had plans to covert this valuable land into a financial stronghold where all can prosper and most certainly African Americans.

Paul recognized the plot to steal the property of the unknowing during this worst recession since the great depression, however he spoke humble but wrote with authority. As he revealed the secret code of the bible, the Church in his community became angered and said “Who does he think he is?” But he told them exactly who he was, so the question was rhetorical. Those who got angry got angry because they knew he was talking about himself. By then the Worshipful Master was dead for awhile. A symbolic incidence occurred in Avon Park you figure it out.

^{Da 8:25} He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will consider himself superior. When they feel secure, he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human power.

^{Mt 12:31} And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

The message was in response to news he had gained from a Deacon, from a once powerful church in the South. 80% percent of the church is now women, as men have strayed away from organized black religion that does not address contemporary social and political issues affecting their daily lives. Many still buy into the pie in the sky theory, but want to eat while they wait.

By this time Worshipful Master flock had scattered into deeper secrecy, as the Church was also crumbling, it was time for Paul to become more active without humiliating or disassociating himself with the Order from the North whose mission was to step in when the time was right.

Paul’s Authority Questioned

The Churches started to question the authority of Paul; they did not believe he was an Apostle. He had respect from the Mafia Gentiles, who believed he was a messenger from God if not the Son of God himself. Paul was unmarried because he was divorced by an unbeliever. What people in the community failed to realize is that they were the true Jews and God’s true chosen flock. Because they rejected Paul as Son of Man and then again as an Apostle, they were a cursed people. It was said; Paul persecuted the Church literally, because he felt hated by them.

Paul said to them, “I tell you the truth it is better to live with a woman than to burn in passion.” I tell them to do as I say and not as I do, for they come from an evil history of man. But you are truly Jews living under European cultural rule. You were not put on earth to burn in passion and do foolish things behind closed doors (Homosexuals ands whore mongers). AIDS is killing Blacks because you live in a sin pagan mentality, has it not been written that if you become one with a prostitute you are a prostitute? You have converted unmarried women into prostitutes, because you treat them as so and I know because I too have persecuted the Church, for my body is the temple of God.

Is not God of the Jews love also? If so, how can it be a sin to love? The ruler of America is Satanic, so how can papers from Satan remove you from sin? It is better to be unmarried in America than it is to be married, for many people. But it is better to marry than to burn in passion. Understand the worst evil inflicted on the Jew is to burn in passion, regardless of your marital state, for whom are they to justify us and our Godliness?

I tell you, there are benefits to marry in America, but the African American man has been symbolically castrated. 80% of the black households are led by black women. Are they stronger? Certainly not, but the black man has been replaced by the black child, by the white man. Black women once had to marry to get government benefits, this is no longer true. If you think I am lying call the Housing Authority (Projects) and check out the percentage of single households there.

This made the leaders of the churches even angrier. But Paul knew their culture was learned in slavery and they had to break the shackles.

I tell you the truth when I say, in the last days there should be monogamy and commitment, for these are signs of love and respect. It is more righteous for a man to be with a woman and a woman with a man and be unmarried than to be celibate. Satan the Pope masquerading as the father does such evil, but he is a eunuch and not truly a man. So I ask you all who is more righteous a man who has papers and sleeps around or a man without papers who does not? AIDS knows no documentations!

Paul Explanation of Bible’s Prophesy

I tell you the truth, I the Apostle Paul is in fact the real Paul Castellano and head of the Gambino Family. They were like angels, use to overcome the Illuminati. The man they killed was a fraud masquerading as me. But that is not important now, what was done is done. What you need to understand is why you all are catching so much hell in the worst recession since the great depression. So I pose the scripture that has to be answered.

But you did not and if he would have forced his rule upon you, you all would have claimed he was Satan himself.

The Bible is self-fulfilling prophesy, because you believed it had to come to past upon you. You was brainwashed by years of foolishness, to believe when he came you first had to go through enormous suffering. Then he asked someone, tell me brother had the Son came and simply said “I am he with great powers,” would had believed him?” He answered no.” Why? He began to say, “Because the Bible said this and that…” Paul stopped him said” point made.”

I sadly must reveal to you that the Son of Man caused many of your hardships that you would receive him. Sure there is an order of Satan but he is powerless up against the Son of Man, however your problem is not Satan, but the Son for his worst enemy became he, because of your mindset. I persecuted the Church, this is true and created the AIDS virus and allowed many these things to come to past, that on his day you will believe and receive the Son. The sociological impact of the Son

The sociological impact is the hidden factor of society. We believe the story as authored by mankind in the form of mass media. We believe the authority given to the deceiver to deceive and hold not to the truth. However the underlying facts influences the falsehoods delivered to mankind by the deceiver.

All to say the works of the unseen may have created the world in its confused state, only because he has not been duly recognized by the world in its chaotic state? Is the power of due recognition the solution to the current world affairs? How important is it to recognize he who has the power to unravel or decipher the flaws of society. For is there truly a thing called unconditional love?

Do not bow down of worship them? In today’s terms and the language used by people today, what is actually being said? Do not kiss their ass or just believe anything they say, because they are not God? To kiss someone’s ass is to go out of your way for their acceptance? Therefore is God’s love conditional or is the condition of God’s love for one to search for the truth and stand firm in the truth, even in the absence of material gain as a result of this?

Now when we talk about the sociological impact, we are talking about the foundation of the development and structure of society and the behavior of people as individuals and groups. The source we are told is the Grand Architect of the World and in modern terms the Grand Engineer of the Universe, who created the Operating System of Human Kind and all the species of his caretaking.

I tell you that Godliness in its highest form is not about religion, but ultimately his mission is about behavioral modifications. When mankind realizes that the only thing he has to fear is fear itself, because all the powers vested in him has failed to stop the movement of the Son of Man, he will once again recess in the recreation of his defective creation theory to oppress those outside of his immediate circle. Can one person influence the whole world without the world knowing him? (Paul)

Question #1: If a person gains the attention of a few, but not the masses; that captivate the attention of the masses? What is his influence on the mass population? (Paul)

Question #2: Assuming the goodwill of mankind in better judgment of all. If it is easier to smile than it is to frown; is it not logical to assume it is easier to lift a man up than to hold him down? (Paul)

Question #3: In the absence of fear; if fear is all we have to fear, what do we have to fear but our prejudice mindset? (Paul)

Marijuana Rehabilitation Plans

Everyone has their set of morals and ethics. Drugs in my humble opinion are a matter of both morals and ethics. It screws with your character and makes you into someone you are not? I have to preach against drugs for most by not all people, unless it is prescribe by a doctor. Even if you find a medical purpose for it, you have to consider is it municipal. Certainly there are great benefits to marijuana and it should be absolutely legalized.

However it is not a legal drug and using it has consequences. There ARE LEGAL, MORAL AND ETHICAL CONSEQUENCES. Smoking marijuana will cause people to become felons. Though smoking is a misdemeanor selling is a felony and how do you support your habit, because you cannot hold a good and smoke weed everyday. For one you will never pass the urinalysis at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Law Firms, Hospitals, Hotels, but oh sure you can pick fruit. That is the moral aspect of marijuana.

YOU DON’T WORK YOU DON’T EAT:

If you cannot hold a job, unless you are blessed, how do you make ends meet to have some autonomy in your life? So if you resort to illegal activities you can eat. Otherwise in Florida all you have is food stamps. The social programs here forces people to work legal or illegal. Certainly more social programs will reduce crime. However that is not the case and to fight the power or say legislators you have to get into the game. Using Marijuana locks you out of the system.

There ARE LEGAL, MORAL AND ETHICAL CONSEQUENCES. Understand that the law has power of labor, there are labor laws. The law that prevails in Florida is the right the work. Meaning the state is anti-union. As many other states are becoming anti-union. Some will say the right to work law is godly and conservative, but it creates crime. People become criminals when they cannot earn a living wage. So unless you are blessed you have to work two more maybe three jobs to make ends meet. Many full time employees work an additional part time job. An incentive to stop using drugs is a job that you can survive off of.

Today we live in a hopeless society. People are giving up because they are exhausted. Satan using every angle he can use. Something as harmless as marijuana from “the tree of life” is being used to destroy the black community. Because we are being disenfranchised by our own folly, we are headed for self-destruction.

I must say there are many bad drugs our there being used, we will not discuss poison. If you are crazy enough to smoke crack after you know the deal, or use ecstasy after you know the deal, you probably need urgent intervention. I mean stop what you are doing and lands at the hospital’s door.

I know that marijuana is good but it is illegal so it is bad for you. The law has to change and we cannot change the law on the wrong side of the law. We have to fight the battle sober and clean. In a legal world we will buy it like beer and wine, but until then smoking pot is actually childish, unless you really need it and prescribe medications did not work. Then you have a dilemma. Some people are made into real gangsters and a gangster has the right to smoke. There ARE LEGAL, MORAL AND ETHICAL CONSEQUENCES.

I cannot continue in this direction of using. It will deteriorate me slowly and surely. I have to have structure in my life and incomes to support may legal activities, such as music production, blogging and so forth and cannot afford to be disenfranchised by Marijuana. Until the laws change it is like poison, because it is stealing my liberty. So I cannot condone the use of marijuana, by me or family members, because it makes a person need a crutch. Unless you are really a gangster, you are not going to survive in the drug game and you cannot get a job, because of the dirty urine.

The Federal Marijuana Bill HR- 2306 aka The Frank Paul Bill

HR-2306: To limit the application of Federal Laws to the distribution and consumption of Marijuana, and for other purposes.

On 23 June 2011; Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex) and Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass), introduced a bill sponsored by Rep. Barney Frank, which would end the prohibition of marijuana by the Federal Government of the United States of America. It would remove marijuana as a controlled substance and limit the Federal Governments role to interstate transport, leaving the states with the rights to legalize the drug.

According to the Associated Press, the bill is dead on arrival as it meets opposition by Chairman of the Board of the House Judiciary Committee Lamar Smith said it would not even be considered.

“Decriminalizing marijuana will only lead to millions more Americans becoming addicted to drugs and greater profits for drug cartels who fund violence along the U.S.-Mexico border. Allowing states to determine their own marijuana policy flies in the face of Supreme Court precedent,” Smith said.

However, the reality is that the movement to legalize marijuana has reached the U.S. Congress and it is a real issue that has to be addressed as we must reduce spending. As 1.1 million people or 1 out of 6 in federal prison are in for marijuana related crimes.

Nobody knows how much is being spend to retain the prohibition of marijuana. Here are things to consider:

Cost of keeping marijuana illegal:

cost of active law enforcement +
cost of prosecution (and defense!) of accused offenders +
cost of incarceration of convicted offenders +

I think the prohibition of marijuana is bad policy, because it is destroying too many lives and is disenfranchising too many young Americans. We have the soil to grow it and should take the leadership position on this one. However, I think we can increase our production 10 fold and tax this drug at federal, state of production and state of retail and city. It would still be cheaper than it is now on the streets and the government could pull in huge revenues and the growers would make huge profits world wide as other nations will follow our lead.

Fact: 100 seeds can produce as much as 5,000 Grams = 11 Pounds in 6 to 9 months.

Here in the Heartland of Florida, we have the fertile soil, sunlight and plenty water. This law could save tour economy; therefore it has to be at least debated.

If HR: 2306 is passed by the 112th Congress, what will it mean to the, the Nation, the state of Florida and the East Coast? What the FEDS put on the table is a budget cutting action. The Federal Government is about to get smaller and the decision to downsize will be written in stone once the Debt Ceiling is raised. Many services must be reduced as well as law enforcement groups.

It is my position that for there to be relevant changes in how we accomplish the economic recovery and maintain smaller government, there has to be legislative changes all the way down to the ordinances in our Cities throughout the nation and HR 2306 is an example of how to create more revenue and both execute smaller government thru legislative change.

It is my hope that not only does this bill be passed but also be modified because it does not address an important issue if marijuana is ultimately legalized by the State of Florida and other states on the East Coast and for that matter other nations in the world.

The issue is commerce: Florida and California are the main potential production states of marijuana in our Nation. These two states depend on agriculture and both got hit hard by mortgage foreclosures. Both states need money bad and the marijuana crop is the U.S. most valued crop and could be a turning point for both economies. As California is well on their way Florida is a backwards state with a lot of oppressive ordinances, laws and rules and we need legislative changes ASAP.

The problem with HR 2306 as it is written is that it does not allow interstate commerce of marijuana which hurts large scale production states that could immensely profit from its exportation.

As the law stands this could create a pipeline for the underworld and the government will lose a lot of money as a result of illegal transport across state lines. Interstate commerce has to be addressed in this bill.

Here in Highlands County and the Heartland of Florida, we have a lot of unsheltered territory. We have an agriculture market that is weakening as fruit prices are going up due to labor shortages, farmers are having a difficult time clearing their trees as fewer workers are laboring the fields. Why? Because the pay is too low for the work and we depend on foreign labor? These are the type of issues that must be addressed.

A HR: 2306 addendum should be added to allow interstate transport from one state to another by air or ground or sea to any state or country that allows legal marijuana sales.

The state of Florida and the state of California are our main agriculture states. The Florida Department of Agriculture has to be subsidized by marijuana growers in the state of Florida. Understand marijuana is a weed and it will grow plentiful in the Heartland of Florida. Here we have plenty open space to produce the crop, sunlight and water, but we cannot simply replace agriculture farmers with marijuana farmers we must protect our food industry in America. So farmers have to have an incentive to grow food to the bank.

Marijuana Farming should have legislative intent that goes beyond the obvious which is smaller government and new tax revenues from a new source. And it should address many other issues contingent to the legalization of marijuana in Florida.

Things on the fly that should be address:

#1: Marijuana Agriculture subsidy Act of Florida:

When you have two crops that come from the same place and one cost $1,500 per pound and another $.99 per pound. They have to balance out at the department labor and the supermarket. By keeping marijuana at high prices we can lower the prices of fruits and vegetables and increase the wages of the agricultural labor force.

#2: Marijuana Fair Licensing Act:

Let us face it; most of the farmers already control the land to produce the crops here in the Heartland. Most of the contracts will naturally go to the agriculture farmers to grow the marijuana crop, but not all the fields, as a marijuana plant the size of a football field could produce a million dollars in crops annually easily.

A) Only citizens of the United States of America and Florida can commercially farm marijuana in the State Florida.

B) Minorities have to be guaranteed a percentage of the cultivation licenses and worldwide distribution and like I said part “and a mean a nice slice of the state taxes” must go to subsidize the fruit and vegetable industry here in the State of Florida and the Heartland. This has to be fair and reasonable for both sides.

C) Permanent residents of the state should have a priority for the employment on marijuana plants on location in Florida and the Heartland, to include positions such as security of these valued crops and the harvesting of them as well as packaging.

D) Military Veterans should have a priority as venders/distributors of Marijuana. Venders must be Florida citizens without a felony conviction or with pardon/clemency from the Federal government or state from which he/she distributes out of.

3) The Florida Infrastructure Development Act:

After we subsidize agriculture of off the top, to secure our labor forces and bring down the price of fruits and vegetables. Insure that this market is a living wages industry and protect our local labor force; we have to set an agenda to help our overall economy. Here the governor has to set his own initiative. We need public transportation here in Highlands County and the Heartland in the form of buses and connecting trains and buses to the high speed rail going into production as a nationwide transport network and hub.

The Defense Mechanism of the Black Church

In the black community, where it clearly takes not only a village to raise a child but a village also to control the hood? Why must we build more churches? This is the question that has to be evaluated.

I tell you these are the last days and all hell is about to break loose. Satan knows his time is almost up so is intensifying his havoc. What people do not realize is that Satan is a man of men as for the Son of God is the Son of Man. The first Adam had evil ways and the second Adam is a spirit God given. The Southern Black Churches Still Dance to a White Jesus

The black church of the South, still dances to the bogymen; as they fear this imaginary monster they identify as God. I visited a couple of churches and found the same scenario, in that they worship a white Jesus, until this day. I looked around me and could not find a white face in the congregation, yet on the big scene more noticeable than the preacher man stood an image of a white Jesus in the background while scriptures from the KJV of the bible was displayed before the congregation to read.

I was astonished as the preacher man in his 70’s put on a song and dance show, speaking in codes to his fellowship. As he danced and performed during his sermon, I could not help but to notice the image of a white Jesus. So I asked a woman did she notice this also and she replied, “What did you expect?” Then I realized it was not an abnormality, but is customary in the South to worship the white Jesus image.

This made me reflect on an earlier conversation with black men in the South. They consider it an act of blasphemy to as much as question the authority of the Bible. And they believe Jesus is white and they are inferior to the white man. These people are conscience of their dark skin pigmentation which is a form of self hatred. Often they think light is right. When in reality often their dark pigmentation is a result of the hot climate they must endure. So to them even a Northern black man is better than a Southern black man, simply because of his lighter pigmentation. So I guess I will lose a few points as I dig in down here on my mission.

Let me tell you about the backwards Southern Negro, not all just the backwards ones. One fool told me before he speaks against God, now we understand his god is a white god image, he would smoke crack. Another fool said, I am not saved but I do not play with god. Referring to questioning the authority of the bible, he said the bible is god.

I have never experienced such a backwards community in all of my adult life. I said to a cousin I need to start dealing with church members because these people outside of the church are backwards. Then I visit churches to find out they worship a white Jesus. What makes this a devastating blow is that the people on the outside are as afraid of the white image Jesus as they worship the nonsense.

The issue is not about whether or not Jesus is or was Black, White or other. Because those who know the truth are conscious of this and search for the truth as the truth evolves. Because a fact today can be old news tomorrow; the traveler is on a constant search for knowledge.

All to say it is obvious, the South is still a segregated community. Whereby you have the slave masters and slaves literally and mentally and the white Jesus symbol represents the man. The man is the judicial system or legal system. The pass is that if they believe in the white Jesus image and preach about a white god, they get a do not go to jail free pass. So now they borrow from each other, however the fact of the matter is that at some point nobody will be able to make even a minimum payment and continue to live on the fat of the land. Because the economy is not undernourished. There is nothing left in this financial system.

Business activity in the United States is in a continuous declining stage. And, a lot of politicians are starting to include the word “Recession,” in their vocabulary. Even as some politicians attempt to convey their interpretation of our current economic decline with optimism, I sense pessimistic overtones, as they consider dipping into the so-called social security “Lock Box,” which they vowed not to do except for as they now say in the case of war or a recession.

It is said that our economy is “Consumer based” and “Energy driven.” The average person’s interpretation of this statement is that, as long as the multitudes use their money to consume goods and services, and the energy supplies are available to sustain these business activities, we will experience good economic times. In reality this statement is a deception, the reality of the matter is that our economy is actually “Capitalist based,” in that as long as investors can make a profit by means of our consumerism, we will experience a good economy, meaning that they will hire people for jobs, as long as they spend most of their earnings on consumer products, and pay their taxes.

I understand the importance and the nature of these capitalistic principles, which allows many Americans to enjoy a high standard of living; however, it has its faults. By design our economic system deprives many Americans of the so-called American dream, whereby the average hard working American can not accumulate moderate holdings, either one will have abundance, or not much at all. Too many Americans are living as little as two checks away from homelessness.

It is my position that our current economic woes are as a result of corporate greed and government mismanagement. The bottom line is that we the American people are in over our heads with government and consumer debts, and the big corporate America investors are cashing in on their profits. It is no secret that the government is in enormous debt, and is using the social security surplus to pay down on it, which will have to be paid back by tax revenues in the future and/or new borrowing. But, also one must recognize the enormous consumer credit card debts, which are in the range of seven trillion dollars. People are not engaging in consumer spending as much as in the past, because they are trying to pay for what they already purchased. Meanwhile, companies are firing people, because profits are down.

You may think that my statement about corporate investors cashing in on profits is absurd, because everybody knows the stock market is on a down trend. However, the price of stock depends on what people are willing to pay for it. Stock prices raise when there are more buyers than sellers, and when people try to unload their stock to cash in on their profits in large numbers, the stock prices decline.

What people need to realize is that the so-called booming economy we recently experienced was a big gimmick that was generated by credit, and now stock prices are basically coming back down to earth. The whole economic boom was a big scheme, and the American people played right into it. As a result of this recent charade, unlike never before, there is a huge disparity between those who have and those who have not. And, I know for a fact that, key members of the underworld not only orchestrated this strategy to create enormous consumer debt, but, also they orchestrated the strategy that created our current government debt. The whole economic crisis is a conspiracy.

The basis of the recent booming economy was a technology craze, and Microsoft played a major part in it. People were sold on the idea that computers are not only an important part of the future, but, that everyone should immediately own one. As people were attracted to this new technology and lead on by constant upgrades that were preceded by the new millennium glitch hype a lot of money was made in the high tech industry. People jumped into the technology industry without reservations, both in the consumer and investment ends, in what seemed to be an endless and promising systematic activity that people now realize was a very risky enterprise.

The illusion of a booming economy without a foreseeable bottom, with enormous growth in the technology sector created strong consumer confidence. Meanwhile, those who orchestrated this conspiracy were invested early, and therefore were recipients of huge returns, by enjoying their gains from the beginning. Then, you had the investors who simply got on the bandwagon, some came out winners, but, far more were clearly losers. And, you had the consumers who went on a spending frenzy, who now find themselves with a bunch of depreciating junk, and are now in enormous debt. And, now if you observe the pharmaceutical industry, a new frenzy is on the horizon, whereby, people are lead to believe pills can “cure all.”

So now the questions are: What is the solution to our economic crisis? What role should the government play? And, what role should the private sector play in finding a solution? I believe that if we really want to find a solution to our economic decline, we must first honestly recognize the facts, as to why we are in our current situation, and stop pretending that our economy and its trends are by chance. We must find a lasting solution to a declining economy that is plagued with consumers deeply in debt, with a government that is deeply in debt, and by nature an economy that selfishly thrives on profiting from consumer and government spending.

To tell you the truth, there is no conventional solution to America’s economic crisis. The American government and its people have been financially raped. And, it’s just a matter of time, that if unconventional actions are not taken, this nation will collapse.

These superficial solutions coming out of the political camps, to revive our economy are ludicrous at best. The one that captured my attention is the idea that reducing the capital gains tax, would resurrect our economy by creating more investment capital. In other words, like the Savings and Loan Scandal, they want the hard working American tax payers to absorb the losses of those who made bad investments, thereby, dragging the government and therefore the American people down further into debt.

The secret behind the only real and lasting solution to our long term economic crisis is the question of the legitimacy of our government’s debts, which must be paid back by the people. We need to ask, who is really behind it? What do they want? And, with the understanding that the fall of America will not benefit either party, I believe we should really consider the re-distribution of our nation’s wealth, to include reparations for descendants of African slaves in America, and debt relief to the United States government by its creditors. This can all be accomplished by creating laws as a result of negotiations that will create an even playing field for all Americans. I believe America’s economic crisis is a wake up call; however; still it is up to the American people to respond to it, or continue to sleep in the bed we have made for ourselves, which will lead to our civil destruction, as a result of a financial collapse.

AIDS is biological warfare waged by new world governments. It was created in 1976 while George H.W. Bush was head of the CIA in Germany. It was cured in 1989 in lab in the United States. So why will so many people die in the coming years as a result of a short fall in HIV medications? Because it is biological warfare waged towards ridding the world that the Illuminati sees as undesirables. So you can assassinate the messenger as an insane fool or wakeup and demand real change in government policy

You think George W. Bush did something by introducing PEPFAR? However, what he actually did was prolong the process of AIDS from getting sick to dying and increased the spread of the disease in the United States of America. People live longer with the disease HIV/AIDS and they did little to nothing to prevent a person from spreading this dreadful disease while infected and receiving treatment.

The Center for Disease Control and Preservation since 2007 really has not maintained the stats on the spread of AIDS in the United States and the world. As people with this HIV/AIDS are known here in Highlands County to infect others intentionally. This is just another little town USA, and is a common practice by many evil people angry with the world and infected. There are no laws protecting people from these acts of intentional murder.

There should be a law of disclosure for people receiving treatment for HIV/AIDS. If the government can spend Billions of dollars treating people for this illness the tradeoff should be some type of behavioral modification and disclosure. And therefore, what seemed to be a victory for AIDS patients was in fact a victory for them to carryout the further spread of this pandemic.

It was the right thing to treat people with AIDS, to prolong their lives, but as people lived longer without noticeable symptoms many chose to infect unknowing others. Now we are talking about an economic condition that may well reverse the spending on the life support medications many depend on to survive worldwide and here in America.

What will be President Obama’s position dealing with AIDS? We know he will not be able to spend more on AIDS treatments as in PEPFAR. However, he could make a drastic measure that will help protect those without HIV, by modifying the protectionism of those being treated for this disease and increase the funding for research. This could lead a wave that will result in a cure being released.

As things stand the pharmaceutical industry has no incentive to release the cure to AIDS, because the current policy unconditional treatments and undisclosed spread of HIV/AIDS.

So President Bush made his move, which seemed good at the time, but in reality with the economic collapse in the making since his presidency and we know President Obama has inherited this mess. How will President Bush explain to the world and the American people that many must die so that others may survive this epidemic called AIDS? AIDS is still in the state of emergency in America and the World. However here in America unlike the world our problem is its continued spread going unrecorded. Why?

The Supreme Economic Structure

I find it necessary to share this idea with the world. This is nothing of profound wisdom, but a matter of common sense. I pondered and made an examination on the reality of economics during these times of a deep recession. I asked myself just what would constitute change. As we know things are about to change in the world and America, but what actually the evolutionary process is.

The 13 families will be replaced by the 6 families in the days of the last judgment. But who is to say when the last days will actually be, as just the discussion itself can last for decades. What we need be concerned with is how the society is designed to function.

The inner circle always stays the same. Now you have to picture a circle and then several circles within the circle, like a layer of onions. The closer to the inner circle the more powerful you are. The economy allows people to prosper in different ways, usually based on education and sometimes bruit strength. However the inner circle is an inheritance and not necessarily the most educated, strong or skilled, so how can this be? The inner circle always stays the same!

Power is handed down, given or taken. Meaning it is an inheritance, it is given to people outside the family for whatever reasons or one has to take what they feel they deserve in life. There are systematic structural designs already setup to suppress those who try to take and personal reasons to add more people to the inner circle areas or near it. Sort of like if you have enough autonomy they will invite you into a new form of slavery with greater rewards. This is the true meaning of adultery, as Lil Wayne put it; he is in love with money. The inner circle is where the money is at, but if the old 13 families lost most of their money how can they still have monetary power? How can this be if money is a symbol of power? But remember those in power can change what is the symbol of power and money can become obsolete.

The bottom line is that the financial configuration is fixed. The rule of the law is to maintain the status quo. The way business is done may change, but the grand architect will find a way to keep people playing his games and by his rules.

Has Japan been reduced to a third world country? Japan is in the process of an economic collapse. The process has begun. Japanese car dealers lost over 50% of its sales and are considering moving out of the country. This could mean resurgence in Detroit.

Japan’s public debt is at 225% of their GDP, the highest of all sovereign nations in the world and to put it into prospective the United States with all these talks about the worst recession since the great depression, has a public debt at 58.9% during the year 2010. Meanwhile Libya the nation that has to replace its leadership is almost fiscally responsible with a public debt at only 3.3%. So out of the sovereign nations Japan was worst of in 2010 and Libya is the most responsible. But we have to save the Libyan people from Gaddafi.

The Japanese government is on the brink of bankruptcy and the debts of the nation are secured by its people. Japan’s national debt is at a record high $7.47 trillion dollars and again to put this into perspective America the world largest economy national debt is above $14 trillion. The whole world is in debt, as we spend more than we make in governments, so where is the money? The settlement is $500 Billion. My cut is $50 Billion. I will use this to settle with my family, friends and certain organizations. If Bill Gates can have this kind of money so can I. I will disperse about $25 Billion to $30 Billion to all parties. I will use the $450 Billion to settle everyone else. I will settle with the African Americans (Jews) that I see eye to eye with; the rest can fight for their reparations, I do not care. Also, I will settle with the Gentiles. Basically I will settle with the Church, being those who will support our cause. I think this is a fair deal, considering Iraq!

The way I see it, I will have about $250 Billion to $270 Billion after I take care of my men and women, to settle with the church. Those who are called Jews as far as I am concerned are actually Gentiles, but if they insist on being Jews so be it, because I will treat all members of the church the same way. In the same way I will establish a bank to settle with my men; I will also establish a bank for them.

My annual budget will be based on the interest payments of my total assets, which will be 20%; this will allow me to support the economy instead of trying to monopolize it. Like Michael J. Jackson and John J. Gotti and a few others, the story on Osama Bin Laden just does not fit. First of all, we all know at a minimum the mission to capture or kill Bin Laden was a covert operation. Which required the planning of operations from some of our best minds? So I will play devil’s advocate and pretend I was to plan this operation.

First of all, we have to assume that Bin Laden was the head of the terror organization Al-Qaeda, which we have to assume, it was a CIA operation. I say this because it is clear that the attacks on 9/11 were the Illuminati and Israel. Why I say this is because on 9/11 no Jews went to work at the World Trade Center. Why we must enquire?

He is accused of being anti-Semitic; however this cannot be unless he hated himself, being Arabs are Semitic people? If anything those so-called Jews in Israel are really Europeans. Assuming this was a CIA operation, to create a new enemy called terrorist, being the communist enemies are now our allies like Russia and China, What I am about to say makes way more sense than what we are being told on the News.

Osama Bin Laden needed a kidney in order to live and it was time to debrief him and pull him out, because his mission was a success. He was a fall guy for 9/11, for a much greater picture, the fulfilling of prophesy Bible. So he gave himself up and fakes his death. Think about it if they wanted him dead they could have bombed his position. It was an intelligence mission.

Like something out of Mission Impossible (the movie) he was taken alive, but they made it seem like the information they are about to get was received by the confiscation of the intelligence located at that position. However in reality the information will come from Bin Laden about Al-Qaeda himself. He sold them out for a new life with a new kidney and there where no survivors to dispute this. He is under the protection of his rich family.

The CIA came to rescue Bin Laden as his successful covert operation was completed. He gave them the location and they killed everything and destroyed all the evidence. Now he is said to be dead and will receive a new identity in a protection program. As for Al-Qaeda, they have been exposed and destroyed for the most part. All of their locations and personnel are known by now.

Osama Bin Laden’s body buried at sea yea! I just told you all more than you need to know at this point. Because the question is who is behind all of this! Osama Bin Laden dies at the perfect retirement age of 54 years of age.

On Tuesday 2 November 2010, elections day in California they vote on Proposition 19. Whatever the case for political analysts they will legalize Marijuana and help change and save the world on President Obama’s term in office.

I need to know how much the staff sells for; it should be plentiful all over the country. You figure Crips and Bloods will transport all over the Nation to help save the California economy. Florida just legalized same sex adoptions and is becoming more liberal. With a new influx of Puerto Ricans educated at the age of about 24 to 45 at a number of 700,000 and counting, elections will have a New York City influence. Weed will be legal in Florida in less than 2 years by special elections.

I want to go into the marijuana business and have a Federal Felony conviction. My concern is we who fought to legalize weed by selling it even when it was illegal, not me but you know, will be excluded from the legal marijuana trade.

Crips and Bloods will profit on the short run by trafficking weed nationwide out of LA. This will be ignored in California law enforcement making it possible to conceal it before getting on the road with weed. For example people in fruit and other trucking related industries will move large packages of weed out of California by nature of the legalized drug itself.

My concern is that Pall Mall and Newport’s will conquer the longevity of the trade unless we grow our own weed in marijuana plantations legally. People like Ice T and Snoop Dogg must purchase land to plant weed in the future, or do it now legally or the law is oppressive to the black man’s long term adjustment to the legalization.

That said tell me about the marijuana industry.

But the question of ownership comes into play. It is speculated that the burial grounds are privately owned by Eston Roberts by default. Nobody tended to this place for over 20 years as Eston Roberts was the caretaker of the properties for over 20 years. He was the overseer of all tax levies needed or not needed to sustain these properties and its upkeep.

Understand Eston Roberts was the caretakers of the Lincoln Garden Cemetery for over 20 years consecutive. We are the heirs of the Roberts Estate and he owns the cemetery by default. Therefore it rightfully belongs to the Jones Family of Avon Park, FL.

Furthermore I understand as you said that Uncle Billy bought those lawnmowers with his own money. Well one of them was moved off of my property without my authorization verbal or in writing.

I plan see to law enforcement about this matter after I get all of the facts. I strongly believe this was an act of extortion by David Hicks, Willie Joe Sigler, and probably planned by Ms. Grey and others. This is RICO. This is Federal. We have friends there.

She is a public figure being the Deputy Mayor of the City of Avon Park, Florida. She is black and is known for taking positions against black people. Rob Hilton was an example of her non community concerned political career and her agenda that is not for the non profit sector, but we are.

I want a criminal investigation on the Federal level performed on this one. However we will first cooperate with the County to remedy the problem.

Aged Old Headstone found in Yard

Rev. Frank Paul Jones and his cousin John W. Moss; while working in the yard cleaning up in preparation of the opening of the Blue Temple the headquarters of the NCNCHINC; found old headstone. The name on the headstone is being held under wraps, while the location of the body remains are being sought after. The headstone belonged to someone who was born in 1874 and died in 1980.

The committee over the grave yard is doing everything to in their power to remedy the situation. However the ledger identifying the sites burial locations is owned by the Jones Family as an inheritance for the life work of Eston E. L. Roberts, who was the Worshipful Master of the Prince Hall Masons here in Avon Park, FL. And care taker of the burial site.

The family feels the pain of the people here in Highlands County that do not know where the remains of their loved ones are. However, the family found that $7,000.00 that was earned through the Hard Labor of Eston E. L. Roberts is missing. This is money he promised to his nephew as startup capital, to continue his operations.

The family came to the consciences that if the money is return, the rightful owners being the Jones family and the City of Avon Park agrees to treat blacks like whites and hold their burial grounds sacred and pay the Family $1,300.00 per months as white cemeteries receive, they will continue the work of Eston E. L. Roberts and maintain the cemetery.

Rev. Jones said “fine we are in the cemetery business it is our duty to the community.” Both of his parents and grandparents where buried at what will be named the Eston E. L. Roberts cemetery? Justifiably named as he like Adam was told from God, without comparison he told Avon Park there is your mother and there are your father gravesites. We have to know this information and it will be shared when the family inheritance is put back in tack. Eston E.L. Roberts did a fine thing and should be remembered.

It was like something right out of Goggle. They spent 30 minutes on Property Appraisal. This article is a clone to what took place. They said you need a 501 c 3 to be tax exempted and they are wrong, as you will see in the factors. They argued about churches owing property and renting it for a profit. This as you will see can be done in moderation, and not excessively. The argument was fair and just, the County needs their tax money and people are being fraudulent in the name of the Armor of God…

Contrary to what was said yesterday at the City Council meeting by the County Property Appraisal Raymond Mclnyre that to be tax exempt you must be 510 c 3 statuses. Secondly, a church can rent out apartments and be tax exempted, provided it is done in moderation and with God first. It cannot be all about the money anymore.

Something every church in Highlands County should read at Church on Monday, until it is understood by the officers.

See: Fs sec 196.196

Fs Sec 196.196 (2) states;

Factor 1: We have to use the building and it has to be used for the main purpose most of the time = 51%

Section 196.192(2), F.S- provides all property owned and used by an exempt entity and used predominantly for exempt purposes shall be exempted from ad valorem taxation to the extent of thereto that such predominant use bears to the non-exempt use.

Under subsection (1) of that statute all property owned and used by an exempt entity exclusively for exempt purposes is totally exempt from all ad valorem taxation.

However, beyond the nonprofit entity requirement, the activities requirement as noted above, set forth in section 195.192, F.S., does require that no part of the property may be used in an activity for profit, and that the charge for the service must be or below the cost.

Thus, in a situation in which a particular wing of a building or portion of a parcel is used to generate a profit would appear not to qualify for the exemption even though the profits are used for other charitable activities.

Factor 2: We do not have to have 501 c 3 statuses.

As far as the requirement that the applicant must be an exempt entity, section 196.195(4), F.S. provides that no application for exemption may be granted for charitable use of property until the applicant has been found by the property appraiser to be nonprofit as defined in that section. It is not a statutory requirement that the applicant for a charitable exemption be an entity qualified under the United States Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. 501(c) (3).

The Mexican Underworld Ruthless Slave Traders

The sad and true story starts with the Mexican and American governments. The product is agriculture. As we have the fruit and vegetables; they have the labor. Farmers know what is going on; the American government knows what is going on and certainly the people of Mexico know what is going on.

The Mexican underworld is no joking matter. They are into drugs, but everybody knows about the drug cartels. They get all the negative media because of the drug wars around the world. But the Mexican Underworld consist of people we see everyday in America. They are sanctioned by the Mexican and American governments. They are into things we in America overlook because we are greedy people.

I am talking about slave labor. Sure the gangsters are into money laundering, loan sharking and drugs. But the true culprit to all this chaos is the need for cheep labor. We in America look the other way as these things go on right before us. The slave trade is alive and booming in America today.

How it works: The poor Mexican is offered an opportunity to come to America for $3,000. He has no money, no job or income or place to stay in Mexico. So of course he jumps on the opportunity to come to America on a shipment deal. But these people are no joke and if they do not pay up they will be killed by their slave masters(the underworld).

So they come to America owing $3,000 on an unwritten contract, an oral contract made among the government of Mexico, the contractor (code for Underworld) and the farmer and US government. The deal is that the farmer gets his fruit picked and the US government looks the other way while slave labor takes place and the Underworld operates a dictatorship and runs the slave trade in America.

The Mexican immigrant has a contract to spend all of his money with the Mexican contractor, for housing to the many services necessary like food and other things. They have to pay rent to their contractor for housing, everything rides through the contractor, then the leftover money goes towards the debt to get here in the first place.

They have nowhere to hide. If they are deported they are still in debt to pay and may well have to pay for another trip back to the US. Deportation is no way out of this debt to the Ruthless Underworld. If they run to another state they still need assistance from the contractor’s (code for Underworld) for labor assistance.

America does not see this as a problem, because they operate among themselves. However the bottom line is slavery still exist and thrives in the Good Ole United States of America. And a major problem is that our main competition in the agricultural labor market here in Highlands County, Florida, they are the Mexican slaves. Which is source of very inexpensive labor.

A NCNCHINC Editorial: Legalized Marijuana in California influence on Other States

If Marijuana is legalized in California how will it influence laws in the state of Florida? If a person is not on any form of travel restrictions, he would have the right to travel to California to purchase marijuana legally and consume it. Certain agencies would have to lift there ban of services to people for positive urine traces of marijuana. Because as a Florida citizen I have the right to travel to California without a passport and enjoy the legal activities of that state and therefore it must be presumed that I legally travelled to the state to consume these legal drugs.

If California legalizes marijuana can a state or city government of another state deprive their employees the rights of a US citizen to smoke marijuana in California? This will be a major question of law that may have to be answered by the Supreme Court. For example, supposed I am a Correctional Officer in the state of Florida and off duty I purchase marijuana from the local pot dealer and smoke it. Then 20 days later I take a urinalysis and am found positive for THC? Can they fire me? I would think not, because it is legal to smoke in California and who’s to say I did not visit California to smoke weed. This is a requirement of the law, because a person has to be assumed innocent until proven guilty. And a person who is not on travel restrictions should not be required to produce travel records and who’s to say I did not travel by car, if I just came off for 10 days vacation?

Therefore legalization of Marijuana in the state of California makes it legal to have dirty urine nationwide to all government agencies and employees, but not legal to possess. If a person is not caught red handed it has to be acknowledged they did not commit a crime.

I think if it is legalized in California, states like Florida will have not choice but to legalize it also. Because everybody will smoke it if they choose to anyway, knowing there will be no legal ramifications unless caught in the possession of the cannabis.

Official summary:

Allows people 21 years old or older to possess, cultivate, or transport marijuana for personal use. Prohibits people from possessing marijuana on school grounds, using it in public, smoking it while minors are present, or providing it to anyone under 21 years old. Maintains current prohibitions against driving while impaired.

Summary of estimated fiscal impact:

Savings of up to several tens of millions of dollars annually to state and local governments on the costs of incarcerating and supervising certain marijuana offenders. Unknown but potentially major tax, fee, and benefit assessment revenues to state and local government related to the production and sale of marijuana products.^[3]

Puerto Ricans Invade Central Florida as Blacks go to Prison

There is an estimated 4.4 million Puerto Ricans on the face of the earth. About 2.7 million of them live in the mainland. In 2009 there was about 2 million Puerto Ricans in New York City. Today about 700,000 Puerto Ricans live in Florida. Of the 700,000 Puerto Ricans about 350,000 live in Central Florida and about 206,000 live in Orlando. The average age of them is between 25 and 44 years of age.

The Poverty level of Puerto Ricans is at about 30% with about 31% finishing high school. While there are about 7.1 million people living in Public Housing in the United States, of that 7.1 million over 2 million are Puerto Ricans when you count the home land. Puerto Ricans in Puerto Rico do not pay Federal taxes, yet they have more Project units in Puerto Rico than any state in the Union.

Here in Avon Park, Puerto Ricans almost totally occupy the Housing Projects. Meanwhile there is a waiting list to move into the Lakeside Community due to the hurricane the occupants of the projects are migrants.

What does this mean to the state of Florida especially Central Florida? Everybody knows Puerto Ricans are laid-back. They seem to always find a way to use the system to their advantage. Though the education level of this community of people is low and I have to say it is a conspiracy by the United States government that created this deadbeat community. They are survivors.

Puerto Rico is a strategic place on the map as far as the National Security of the United States. On their homeland location is the world’s biggest telescope. The occupation of Puerto Rico is very necessary for our nation’s security. So the United States Government by design created these idle people by handing them welfare, public housing and food stamps. I am not talking about a few but just about all of them get government checks.

See while the government systemically gives Puerto Rican welfare, food stamps and public housing, they give the black community prison time, homelessness and nervous breakdowns. It is not fair, but it is a conspiracy. The Puerto Rican people are never going to be enterprising as long as they are pacified with government checks and public housing.

So what is about to happen in Florida? They are going to take up all the benefits such as public assistance money, public housing and food stamps and there is not going to be any left for African Americans Community. They are going to take over the government because they are a powerful voting block (700,000 strong). Change the laws to free-for-all, cause transgressions and mayhem and run the Negroes out of town.

But this time they plan to work the low paying jobs, while they occupy subsidized housing complexes. Therefore on a part time job they will be able to survive on food stamps and cheep rent. But the Negroes will not be able to stay here, because all that will be available is low paying jobs here in Highlands County. So we will have to resort to crime and end up in prison worst than ever in the state of Florida. So once again the black community gets the short end of the stick.

New Affordable Housing in Avon Park & the Blackout

Originally the pre-development loan program was estimated at about $7M for 40 units of affordable housing at Central Avenue and Winthrop and the name of the project is North Central Heights. However from inside information I received there will be 76 units built at North Central Heights.

There will be 2 and 3 bedrooms of single family housing. It is located over there by Bagwell’s Lumber. The units are walking distance from Main Street.

The housing units are under the development team of Judd K. Roth and I am not clear on who are the contractors. However, my concern is with who will be hired to build these units and who will be privileged to live in them. Will there be another blackout?

I do not want to sound like I am anti Hispanic, but the Puerto Ricans all but took over Lakeside Community. They are at the rent office, they are in the housing dwellings and they are the workers, and that is not fair, because they do not have the history of the building up of Avon Park, Florida.

Sure Mexicans pick the fruit today and Puerto Ricans, I do not know what they do, but who carried the burden of Avon Park for the last 100 years? Now development is coming to town and we are left out. I mean what happened to equal housing opportunity?

As a black economic rights activist I say we must have our fair share of this project. We must be counting from the inception of this project, from employment in its construction to the rent office, to housing dwellings to year around jobs. Black people must stand up now while the getting in is possible. Because as Highlands County grows so will, the real estate prices will increase and with that homelessness for not standing up for equal housing now. I mean what is the plan, to import more Puerto Ricans from Puerto Rico, meanwhile we are here already and homeless. It is not fair!

So what is the deal, we give black single parents with children homelessness, the black man prison and the Puerto Ricans affordable housing? That is racist and not telling it like it is!

Capstone Zulu was distributed through ReverbNation by many distributers to include:

iTunes (US, Aus/NZ, Canada, UK/Europe, Japan, Mexico), Amazon MP3, Amie Street, eMusic, Fox News, GetGreenMusic, GetPlaylists, Guevera, iLike, Immergent, InMotion Entertainment, Intertech Media, Think Indie (CIMS/Junketboy), La Curacao, Last.fm, Wal-Mart (Liquid), MediaNet, MOG, Moozone, MySpace, Myxer, Napster, Nokia, Pandora, Puretracks, Rhapsody, Secure Media, Shockhound, Spotify, Synacor, Tesco, WaTunes, We7, Zune.

The first sale reports are about to be delivered or are coming soon. However it does not look very good, because the music is simply not being played very much.

Admittedly, it was not the best of productions, but it had a few very meaningful songs selections. Songs such as Symbolic Castration, New World Order, Can we make it and You think I am bad, are songs that I am very proud to have recorded. Perhaps a more mainstream artist could have carried it better, but if so would they still be considered mainstream?

I think I made a mistake by rushing the release of this project as a BETA project. In the process of attempting to learn and understand to distribution networks, for future releases I sacrificed this one. I might re-master my favorite songs on this album and add it to my next project along with other new material.

I haven’t been promoting this album much lately, because I am a one man band so to speak and have been focusing on another agenda, my non profit corporation NCNCHINC (The National Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC.) As we will meanly focus on community work, addressing the economic and social problems and situations of the Hood, we will build a state of the art DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) at the headquarters’ location.

We at NCNCHINC are very low on liquid capital. However, we are in the green on equity and are seeking a line of credit and grants and of course philanthropic gifts. We have to restructure our board of directors and tighten up on some of our administrative tasks to gain 501 c 3 statuses. However our biggest challenge is the lack of liquidity. We have a building that is two stories; however we are not able to move into it due to the lack of capital. I have not seen many darker days, but for the first time I see light at the end of the tunnel.

The Song People Crying (Colors)

NaQuila aka Stackz Gotti performed the song People Crying, using the term Monster by doing so associating the monster energy drink with Hip Hop culture. In the song it mentions the Bloods and Crips and the colors red and blue as favorite (symbolic) colors of these two street gangs.

The song was meant to crossover as a commercial for Monster Energy Drink, as many of her songs really go into detail about its themes this one plays with (touches on) many ideas about what people in general are going through today due to the economic downturn.

Now Lady Gaga and Kanye West are using the term and many other Hollywood acts are lining up to cash in on the new slogan. However the real intention of the use of the term was not gangster as it associated itself with street gangs in People Crying.

It was meant to start a new revelry in a friendly nature, without people killing each other. The stage was being setup for a Red Bull verse Monster Energy Drink commercial campaign, Similar to coke verse Pepsi, the idea was that there are really only two choices for real energy drinkers which is Red Bull or the many colors of Monster Energy Drinks.

The term Monster was meant to be all in fun to create a market for the Hip Hoppers to market themselves in commercial jingles. Hopefully Jay Z , Rick Ross, Nicki Manaj and Bon Iver, might read this article and like Lady Gaga and NaQuila aka Stackz Gotti, bring back the fun in the term. Because kids need something to laugh about and energy drinks for teens is legal unlike alcohol.

The energy drink market is estimated to be about 6 billion dollars annually. Therefore there is much rum for a powerful marketing campaign for market share. It is only a matter of time before the real players in the market battle it out for market share. My bet is it will be Monster and Red Bull.

Gambino’s Blue Temple Vision

Once known as the blue house for Prince Hall Freemasons, renamed the blue temple, by Rev. Frank Paul Jones, it will be a place of unification. It will be the center of intelligence for the communities of Highlands County. As place where sinners to saints, clergy to politicians, the wealthy and poor and it doesn’t matter if you are black or white. If you want to help advance Highlands County and make it a better place we want your input.

Downstairs will be a state of the art, DAW recording studio, where Gambino Productions will perform their magic. Producing mostly, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Gospel and Inspirational music, in an attempt to help the youth pursue their dreams. Because we believe dream chasing bring about longevity. When people have hope for a tomorrow; they tend to be patient today. And it was written that the meek will inherit the earth. We want to “Keep Hope Alive!”

Also downstairs in the two story headquarters building, a social club will be located. Worshipful Master Roberts and Uncle of Rev. Jones, always told the Reverend that what the black community lacks is a social club, where people can come together, congregate, socialize and plot and devise a plan for economic growth. That is what The National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC., foundation is all about building a better community. And we know so well that it is no longer about a civil rights movement, but about an economic independence movement.

Upstairs will be a place for us to meet in confidentially; where a publishing company will also exist under the banner of NCNCHINC? It will be our mission to bring the community together for the betterment of Highlands County first than the Nation and the world, as we believe our solutions are the Template to Nationwide economic stability. As we will bring together the best of the best, who will form into the noble elite, community intelligence to advise the local, state and federal governments and businesses on the black state of affairs.

Entertainment is about selling Dreams

Entertainment is basically a distraction from reality. As times get harder the demand for to be entertained grows. Yet we usually associate entertainment with discretionary funds. It is common for us to believe that we will go to the he movies or buy a music CD or download if we have money leftover after we pay off our living expenses. However this is the mindset of people who actually have discretionary funds. The average poor person who actually has little optional cash to spend tends to chase after an escape from this dreadful reality.

As many of the poor and oppressed think they are getting over, by illegal downloads of music and film and going to the black market for a DVD in reality, we are the victims. Have you ever heard the saying a victim of circumstances? The state of affairs and conditions we are in are designed to cause us to resort to dishonest measures to deal life and the situation we are in. People think that the meaning of entertainment is fun, because it is supposed to be fun to be entertained. But hear me out; entertainment is by meaning a distraction, a diversion and an amusement as will. So we are told it is fun to be distracted by Hollywood Stars in a nutshell.

So do not take this article wrong it is not designed to entertain but to inform, however we will entertain you as well. My reasoning for entertaining people is that entertainment if done properly can bring forth longevity. If a person is distracted from the feeling of oppression while being educated as to how to overcome the situation they found themselves in than the entertainment is good entertainment. To distract a person from a situation that is bad as you display to them a way to overcome the situation is righteous. But Hollywood tends to distract a person to create a worst mindset. Hollywood is controlled by the Gay Mob and they are called the Gay Mob because of sexual preferences; but because their ways a perverted in the nature of their dealings. Everyday people sell their souls for the opportunity to be an entertainer. Why because the lack of moral standards is the price for recognition by Hollywood. Why?

Entertainment is about selling dreams and not about dreams being fulfilled? We think it is the other why around, because we often hear the testimonies of the successful being from rags to riches. But they do not discuss the contract they made with the devil to gain the success and notoriety. Hollywood is not about who people are, but about what they became.

Frank Paul Gambino wants to be completely exonerated

My name has been tarnished as I was made out of a spectacle unjustly. My face was printed on a blotter magazine even as I was forgiven for all my past crimes in the state of Florida. I the Rev. Frank Paul Jones who is a recipient of clemency in the state of Florida, because I do not bother anyone; I am a do goody-goody, but one night while I celebrated with NaQuila the new Universal Record sensation I was pulled aside by a hater, by a black police officer trying to make a point to his white counterparts.

Without probably cause he charged me with a DUI, to tarnish my name. Now everyone thinks I am a hypocrite. They think I drive drunk and stuff, all because of a jealous hating police officer, wanting to take the rest of the night off to eat donuts, meanwhile ignoring the real criminals on the streets.

I paid my ticket to find out as I was not required to do so. Just like I had as a responsibility to pay it, he had a responsibility to report it. He did not do his job, as you can see the requirements of law enforcement.

316.650 Traffic citations.—

(3)(a) Except for a traffic citation issued pursuant to s. 316.1001, each traffic enforcement officer, upon issuing a traffic citation to an alleged violator of any provision of the motor vehicle laws of this state or of any traffic ordinance of any city or town, shall deposit the original and one copy of such traffic citation or, in the case of a traffic enforcement agency which has an automated citation issuance system, shall provide an electronic facsimile with a court having jurisdiction over the alleged offense or with its traffic violations bureau within 5 days after issuance to the violator.

Furthermore, he had unenforceable probable cause. His probable cause was the ticket citation, whereby it was supposed to be the failure of the breathalyzer or sobriety test both of which I passed. So now there is not even a ticket to apply as probable cause.

In all fairness shouldn’t my good name be cleared of all charges and my picture taken down off of the Highlands County Web Site?

The National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC; known by the acronym NCNCHINC, has a new Web Site under construction. Led by the Rev. Frank Paul Jones, the organization has unique characteristics.

The National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC. is organized as a community network and coalition in support for Military Veterans, the Youth and elderly, single parents with and without children, to prevent recidivism and for businesses in order to bring about community betterment and social improvement for the greater community at-large.

The Mission

NCNCHINC OFFERS MANY COMMUNITY ORIENTED SERVICES

The National Community Network & Coalition of Highlands, INC is about delivering better community leadership, by assembling the best of the best, from the clergy to politicians, from everyday people to the extraordinarily successful and from sinners to saints, understanding we all fall short of God’s glory and there is good in us all.

As our purpose is vast we are the communications central of the community, bringing together people who are concerned about the state of the neighborhood and want to help address them. We are an advocacy group, who is out to promote better communities by addressing and tackling problems as they occur. And we are proactive as we actual help people with situations as they are brought to our attention.

In addition to our advocacy initiative which is so important to African Americans and the community at large, we will offer the neighboring musical talents opportunities to explore the music industry with a class A DAW recording studio and publishing company for aspiring writers. The record company and publishing company are just the initial business ventures of NCNCHINC. It is our goal to expand and focus on many business opportunities in order to promote a better community.

Gambino Moving in New Direction

Gambino Moving in New Direction

I might be under the RADAR for a few weeks, however do not be alarmed. First of all, I want to thank Zimbio.com and the many celebrities and other public figures for carrying my posts. As you know I use WordPress to present my blogs to the World Wide Web. It is all good and fine, but by using WordPress it is almost impossible to profit from my work. As I enjoy sharing my ideas and thoughts I also have to eat as well, so I find it imperative to move into another direction. So it will be possible to attract advertisement dollars, I may well have to purchase a web site.

I will probably close down most of my WordPress accounts, other than Frank Paul Gambino @ WordPress, but give it a .com extension. Then of course I have to design the new web site after setting it up with a few articles out of my WordPress accounts. I will probably write an article or two per week on WordPress, but my focus will be on my new web site.

If my new projects get half of the support I have received on WordPress it promises to be a huge success.

Other things on the plate, in this new direction taking place are that, we did a feasibility evaluation on our business plan. We zeroed in on what we think will be doable and profitable in our pursuit to be helpful in the black community. There are promising things that will come out of the NCNCHINC. It is too soon to promote the ideas as our board has to come to a consensus.

So with the soon to be release of NaQuila album, the new Capstone Zulu project going into full swing, the organization structuring of NCNCHINC and business planning and the new web site and design, I have to slow down on the blogs, which I think is a wise decision because my future at WordPress may be limited to an article once or twice a week anyway.

I admit that I am a dreamer. Throughout my lonely and miserable life, my strength to survive was my childhood, which was fun until my mother got sick and died. And the powerful mechanism of my mind was my imagination and the ability to control my dreams. I could control my dreams often awake as well as asleep to some degree. All my life I live for tomorrow but tomorrow never came as they say.

I wanted to be a musical artist, professional athlete and even at one time a gangster, did I have dreams. As an amateur I tried my hand at it all, chasing after money, sex and power. Just to find out that I was chasing after dreams.

I looked at television and listened to the radio and even read newspapers and magazines, studying the world of the rich and famous. I thought wow, perhaps since I am very intelligent I will be able to go through the process of becoming one of them. However I was always a rebellious person. I saw people who had the image of rebellion and thought we were alike. I wanted to be outspoken powerful and rich. Does such like this; black people and all truly exist?

I came to realize I was chasing after a dream. But I realize in this terrible world we live in, God may have blessed me with the ultimate survival gear. Sure I accomplished very little in life and have little to show for my miserable stay on earth, but today I am still here. I do not have much to look forward to. What can life offer a man of my aged? As I am not old but far not young at all, but so tired; with nothing to live for and no reason to die, no reason to laugh to apathetic to cry.

So I concluded the aging process has a purpose and so do chasing dreams. I may well grow to be old because I took the safe lane of finding satisfaction in waiting on tomorrow, though it never came and now what difference will it make? But then comes a connection to this higher power, I call God.

I realize the greatest power a child has is the power of imagination. For many often this power is lost due to the realities life presents to us. But I had not children so in my heart I remained a child at heart. Not playful or immature but simply a dreamer. A dream never realized that I have outgrown in purpose, but then comes a connection to this higher power, I call God. So now I seek him! Will this be another dream whereby there really is no after life? But I may well never live to tell or find out if this is the ultimate dream.

Is God reality or fantasy, I do not know, but I am forced to find out. I do know that chasing after material fantasy caused me to lead a miserable life of hardships and lonely days. All for a reward that is too an illusion, for rebellious, rich and black means death in this white man’s world? For all the money is his! So in my transition into my golden years I again prepare to dream. From a child of the worldly dreams to the spiritual I transition, but still I dream.

Rev. Jones apologizes to whites and Puerto Ricans

The Honorable Rev. Frank Paul Jones apologizes to a Puerto Rican friend, for his inflammatory attacks’ on Puerto Ricans and whites. In a statement made by him he mentioned how white people are more political than blacks and Puerto Ricans, deal with their oppressive state in a more diligent manner than blacks. However the statement was too confrontational as he said;

“Meanwhile the white man argues over territory and who will run for office and control the taxes. Even the Puerto Ricans have an agenda here in Avon Park and Florida and America, they argue over how many project apartments they will control. But we argue about the name of God.”

His friend named Ray an owner of a laundry mate and property owner, who is a self made millionaire and Christian lectured Rev. Jones, arguing as to how he could make such a statement. He warned him that his problem would not be with the Hispanic community but with people like Rev. Jackson and Rev. Sharpton. Rev. Jones replied, but you are the one who told me “Puerto Rican is lazy thieves, out to beat the system.” Ray said, “But you are a Reverend so you say, sometimes I wonder, because you have to watch what you say.”

Though the words seemed mean spirited and racist, Rev. Jones thinks they were taken out of context. Unlike his Puerto Rican counterpart on political and spiritual matters, Rev. Jones states, I am not a hater but a congratulator. Because the bottom line is as we complain and I included, other races and ethnic groups are doing something about their situations.

We complain about homelessness while we are losing out on subsidized housing by the herds. Are we now too good for subsidized housing? I say certainly not if homelessness is problematic in our community. We complain about how we are disproportionately incarcerated, but like cowards we commit the most crimes against our own people. Sure we can argue others bring it in the country, but we sell the poison to our own, making only the residual crumbs, because by nature we are suckers.

Perhaps Ray has a point, we the black communities are the most envied people on the face of the earth. I say without good reason but I may be wrong. But for certain, we cannot point the fingers perpetually at others we have to take up our own difficulties.

The Song – People Crying (Colors)

So many things happened so quickly, talking about dramas. And so many things are going on at once it is amazing I am not having a nervous breakdown. Things are starting to get back into focus, so let me fill you in.

The Capstone Zulu next project is in the production process, I gave myself a year to pull this off and this amount of time will probably flyby so to speak. This project means a lot to me and we plan to comeback with another NaQuila Project behind this one, which should be the topping on the cake.

Meanwhile the National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC (NCNCHINC) is in the process of finding a permanent home. The Location is Avon Park, FL. I am the president of this non profit organization, which is a charitable organization. We are working with the Small Business Development Center and other organizations to make this dream a reality.

And finally before we talk about NaQuila’s album I must say, we are hoping my nephew Dahoud gets released from prison next year as his brother another nephew of mine’s Lorenzo is putting up a studio here in Avon Park, FL. Dahoud is amazing if only given a chance people will appreciate what he can bring to the table. I am hoping we can work together on our projects.

NaQuila’s album yet to be named in stone is our first serious project. The final master is ready for distribution. It is somewhat political, dealing with some present-day issues and we also included song songs that are totally about having fun. We have the copyrights back from the library of congress and it is registered with ASCAP. We are in discussing on how to distribute it and promote the album.

In the making are some remixes, as we still have the final mix-downs of all the songs on the original tracks in our possession. We had a setback due to a conflict in interest, that will soon be completely resolved, that will allow us to go forward with the project. The release date is maybe soon, which can be one, two, and three or four months away, because we want to do this right and sometimes timing can be so important.

Like I said there is so much going on and so there is little time in a day. Sometimes time passes by so quickly. I mean I am working on this huge business plan that is a community comprehensive design for redevelopment and new investment, dealing with several business institutions.

NaQuila’s business plan we could probably do in very little time, but the project was put off, due to a conflict of interest and now we have to renegotiate on how this will be done. Still there is the SBDC and other community development organizations and private investors that might take part in this business venture. We have a finish product, but before we put it on the market it has to be sold (convince someone) to to make it a properly marketed project.

The Black Community Comprehension

Often you here about people’s ability to read, write and does arithmetic, at an early point in life. But often these same people do not comprehend what they are reading, writing or adding or subtracting. The point is we as a black community must learn to understand the things we deal with on a regular basis. When we understand why things are as they are, then and only than may we approach the situation with solutions.

This letter is not about elementary school, but is about the state of God’s Children. We are still infants in the Lord as a Nation of people. We are divided as a church. We are so stuck on the language that we do not understand the objective and proportions. We have been put to sleep and we must wakeup. Either we wakeup or be put into an eternal sleep and never acknowledge our purpose for being here on earth, which is to be rulers of self destiny.

The Black Man in America is one of the only people on earth that does not have his own God. We worship everybody’s God but our own. We are the only people on earth that does not have their own religion. Because of this we are divided. Not realizing the code of Godliness, we cannot congregate in the name of self destiny.

We battle over the simple things like whether or not God is Allah or Jesus Christ or Jehovah, as if we personally know someone who met them. Meanwhile the white man argues over territory and who will run for office and control the taxes. Even the Puerto Ricans have an agenda here in Avon Park and Florida and America, they argue over how many project apartments they will control. But we argue about the name of God.

Meanwhile we are the homeless, the oppressed, the imprisoned, the drug infested, the self on self murderers, the left out and redlined. Yet we are the so highly holier than hell. But in reality they are laughing at us. We as a people are a joke. They are dancing rings around us as a people. We are victims of the Architecture of Satan, because as long as we are divided as a people we will not have a pot to piss in.

Why do successful Blacks Resist Blacks in the Struggle?

The reason many blacks who are successful, do not invest in the community they are from, is due to the lack of respect. Black people are some of the most disrespectful people on the face of the earth when it comes to their own peers. They will kiss up to the white man and in the same sentence cast you into hell. So a black man has the problem of doing business with his peers, because they will not want to pay for anything. A business cannot operate without a profit. So often a black millionaire will stray away from his own community, to maintain his status, because his peers will try to pull him down.

People here ask why the millionaires out of Avon Park, who made it in sports do not make a few phone calls and bring money into this town. They could make a few phone calls and bring $50 Million here overnight because they know people with money. But if they did that, they would be putting their good names on the line and they obviously do not think the people here are ready for this type of investment capital. I seen the same thing happen in Queensbridge Projects, where we had many success stories but they did not help the community. This is the trend in America. Successful blacks do not comeback home with any money to raise the community out of oppression, all due to disrespect.

Once we address this problem we have to address another situation, which is management. If these types of funds were to enter into our communities how would we manage it? Do we have a comprehensive community business plan and agenda? Will we support our own black businesses or travel 10 miles to save a dollar, knowing we are victims of redlining.

All to say, before we talk about what Thomas Gordon and Hal McRae doesn’t do for us, we must first ask ourselves; do we deserve it? Will we support it? Are we ready for it? When we can say yes to all three of these questions, I think they will be there for us.

Gambino charges of DUI to Reckless Driving a Setup

I know a lawyer needs a lawyer, like a doctor needs a doctor. And as a paralegal by education, I know I cannot properly defend myself, but I also know I am presumed innocent until proven guilty. This country spends too much on the judicial system to allow these kangaroo justice systems like the one in Highlands County to function as it does. What is going on is unjustifiable and the culprit may well be President Obama administration and Attorney General Eric Holder.

The bottom line is we spend about $25G per year on the average to incarcerate people, because the system is vindictive and out for revenge against the poor. And what is the poor guilty of, for being uneducated to economics, for having a bad break and not rebounding or simply from being a product of oppression. We have to fight oppression and we need to address the unethical judicial system starting right here in Highlands County Florida.

First I am told; I was intoxicated based on Florida Statues, and it turned out to be untrue. The level limit is 0.08%. There is not statue that states anything to the contrary when dealing with adults over the age of 21 years old. There is no statue as I was told by a paralegal from the Public Defenders Office at the court house who was supposed to be on my team, which states a presumption of intoxication for an adult starts at 0.04 to0.08 percent. She had no right to tell me that! I was within the legal limit at 0.063%.

I am poor today, I might not be poor tomorrow, but I am poor today and it is my right to a legal defense. I realize that the system is overwhelmed with cases and the Public Defender’s office as too many cases and not enough personnel. However is this reason to put people into the system and on probation? Of course not! So why is there a rush to justice?

How a routine traffic stop goes from DUI to now a suggested reckless driving violation, I do not understand. How are these people so in touch with what was going on in my mind to even assume that I wonton or willfully disregarded for the safely of property or people. To say I do not care about others or that I intentionally tried to hit a cop car is absurd. There was no car accident!

Now they want me to plead guilty for almost hitting a cop car because I did not care about him and had something against cops, but I feel it is the other way around. How could I ever plead guilty to such a thing? So next they can pull me aside and mug me and say he hates cops and it is documented. This is a setup! And to top it off, there is no record of my traffic violation at the County Clerks Office until this day. A Setup!

Frank Paul Jones aka Gambino told he Faces 10 Years on DUI Charge

In my arraignment today, I think I experienced first hand (UPL) unauthorized Practice of Law. This is a term many of us paralegals learn in college, to prevent us from trying to play lawyer. It is considered UPL to give legal advice, only a lawyer can do this. I was told I was facing 10 years behind bars on my DUI charge, because of my prior DUI back in the late 80’s. With no mention of the clemency I received in 1998 by then Governor Lawton Chiles. I was told that I should plead bargain because though the legal limit is 0.08, between 0.04 and 0.08 is presumably intoxicated and that it was in the statue, but it was not shown to me.

I felt pressured to plea bargain, however my attorney advice was to show up in court and a plea of not guilty was already made for me. I felt like I was a victim of the good cop bad cop syndrome. Because I was told what to do by the office of the Public Defender, but at the same time a paralegal advised me on the law from the same office, in a deniable manner. She told me what I can do and should do based on information that was guess work. My lawyer was not present in court today.

The paralegal who is supposed to be on my side made the offer that you would have expected from the State Attorney’s Office. I find this troubling, because I am a paralegal by education and I felt nervous by this tactic, so can you imagine the pressure felt by the other 7 or 8 people she approached before she approached me. We were told not to talk to the state attorney, but the Public Defender Paralegal spoke to us in their behalf, negotiating plead bargains.

Yes I might go to jail for writing this article, but like Rev. Jesse Jackson said silence is consent, and he is so right! If I do not speak up now, about something whereby to speak up puts my butt on the line, in such a small way, what good will I be to the movement when my life may be on the line.

I know I was in misdemeanor court and can get no more than one year of jail time, I graduated on the top of my class. I am not stupid. But they might come after me with something different for bucking the system. But it was so unprofessional and unethical that I and many people less educated people than I had to face the judge and the state attorney without a lawyer present. How can a judge accept a guilty plea by a person who has no lawyer present to advise him/her on the right they have to be presumed innocent until proven guilty?

I pleaded non guilty and have a pre trial conference on 20 September 2010. What is next? Oprah Winfrey, AL Sharpton, Jesse Jackson or someone who attracts media attention has to come here. What is going on here is only written about in fictional movies, it is so unreal.

It is like if any man who wants her has to really want a man? No true but damn! Yet people compare her to Halle and Beyonce, when she is more man than “Tom Boy” himself.

The funny thing about this video is the lasting effect it has on a man. I could never match a face to her voice until I saw this video. After seeing this video you realize that she is not sexy at all. She is just a man in a woman’s body craving for a buck from another man, without really putting out.

If Hollywood can sell this why am I broke?

The sex appeal of Nicki is gone; once the word gets out about this, a lot of men will be ashamed to even admit they ever wanted this. Will Hollywood turn to the next page, because this one is worn out.

Avon Park under RICO Watch

The Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) used in big mafia cases is being considered in Avon Park, FL. I spoke to an old acquaintance in the Secret Service last night in confidence and he told me about a case ongoing investigation and my possible dealings with it. I guess I will always be a marked man, because of my past behaviors, however I was of no help. However he just called to let me know, they wish me the best Thursday in court. I was involved in covert operations while in the military and had to see the President on some important business and so I threatened him to get passed the security by being arrested but the media was there so it hit the papers. That said! Don’t believe the tabloids!

All you little paeans should steer clear of this. I am no cop, in fact I am very anti-establishment, but because of what I know they cannot mess with me. The Federal Government is watching Avon Park from the highest levels down to the streets. Why? Because some serious unethical stuff is hitting the fan; I had no idea about what I was stumbling on to. They say someone is real dirty here in town and is about to go down in a power play to buy the town dirt cheep and make millions over might in a conflict of interest ploy. I am confused, I mean I know there are a lot of drugs in the area but I had no idea we had calculative elaborate type criminals here.

Then I remember talking to this dude, who told me about someone here in town. I was surprised by what I heard and the picture came to me loud and clear. Someone is convincing the community to do the things that will cause them to lose their properties knowing damn well big money is coming this way.

People let me not beat around the bush. In the Southside you can sell your property cheap now, but whoever instructs you to do so is the adversary. Money is allocated for this rural area and in a year or two you will not even recognize the black section of Avon Park. Someone is trying to hoodwink you into selling your property cheap to redevelop it at government expenses and become a millionaire overnight and that person is under investigation as I speak. Because it is a conspiracy.

The Avon Park Southside Community Redevelopment Area still practices redlining; meaning that the costs to operate a business is higher and many services are denied in our neighborhoods. However justified the (catch 22) dilemma is if we are suppressed in the economic playing field due to for example drug infestation and criminal activities, the oppression causing a depression in the community will halt any progression.

So they created and initiated the Community Reinvestment Act. This housing and community development act of 1977 was designed to help communities such as ours, to even the playing field in redlining districts and communities. So I ask; where is the money?

The Avon Park Southside Community Redevelopment Area is a redlining district and this is not a hypothesis but a fact. Let us look at the facts;

We are being profiled by the economic community. We are told we have to clean up our neighborhood, yet we are not being giving any tools to do this. Then again what is cleaning up our hood to necessitate, is it to change our culture? Do we have to create a self inflicted curfew, when law enforcement turns a naked eye on activities of the dark in our neighborhoods? The law is the law and should be enforced equally in all neighborhoods fairly. We are often setup to be locked up due to unethical legal practices.

These are the chains we are still wearing. No ATM Machines in our neighborhood. In fact we cannot even use a food stamp card here in the Southside Community Redevelopment Area. Due to city ordinance we cannot open a laundry mate to wash our damn clothes. Forget about a bank or even a credit union; and our home addresses mean higher insurance rates. The only business we are allowed to control is the street drugs market and if you get too big you have to go down in that game. What’s the only solution? The $0.5M Avon Park Southside Stimulus Package; Support it! A stimulus plan has to be put in place to rectify the generations of injustices we had to endure in the economic playing field.

The $0.5M Avon Park Southside Stimulus Package

The $0.5M Avon Park Southside Stimulus Package

These are sad times here in the black section of Avon Park, FL.; especially in the Southside Community Redevelopment Area. Where over 80% of the businesses are close and 100% or none are fully operational. As the state of the Union may well be in a recession we here in the Southside Community are clearly experiencing a depression. Something has to be done ASAP.

I call on the City of Avon Park, the State of Florida and the United States of America, to duly recognize the hardships felt by the citizens of Avon Park and Highlands County Florida. We are a rural area and for that reason we know money has been set aside to face these difficult challenges. We see our problems and there solutions as a boiler plate to the Nation as a whole.

First we need to reopen the doors to these establishments. To do this we need a community based incentive business proposal. Such a plan will be devised by the NCNCHINC and the SBDC in a cooperative effort with the local business owners. The purpose of this plan is to determine what business each property will be used for, that will help create a strong local economy. We must come to a consensus.

We call on the County of Highlands to give each property owner a tax exemption for the year 2010. This tax credit is to be used and placed in a coffer directed towards paying the costs of utilities on the buildings. In this package we call on the Avon Park Utilities Department to provide there services free of charge to qualifying businesses for the year of 2011, at a reasonable cap. Now we have the lights, water and gas on and garbage maintenance covered and a new direction for doing business.

Then we want a full inspection of these properties done, to determine the costs to redevelop the properties and a renovation on all properties done at an estimated cost of no more than $300,000 in local labor and material brought as one major purchase, to create purchasing power. This money will come from the Federal and State government. Every building will be insured at its estimated value upon completion of renovation.

Meanwhile the owners of these properties or their management will be required to take and complete the Small Business Management Course at SFCC administered by the SBDC. At which time a comprehensive business plan will be drawn up for each business to prosper in the long term.

Then we will provide grants and/or government subsidized loans to these businesses. Such businesses should include and not be limited to activities necessary for the community at large to function such as; a grocery stores, laundry mate, office spaces, restaurants, hair solon and supplies store, barbershop, bar and other services as deemed needed and management qualified.

People have to eat, keep clothes on their backs and a roof over their heads; these are the basic cost of living in America. We have a problem on Delaney Avenue whereby property owners have overheads and due to this troublesome economy no safety net. We are told that we have to clean up the Southside Community Redevelopment Area, in order to bring in the investment capital that will create a long term lasting effect on our local economy. This would benefit all of Highlands County.

However we have a handful of people with money to invest and they may not be the best people for the long term health of Delaney Avenue, but if you are bleeding sometimes all you can afford is a band aide. You can have an upset stomach and need an operation to survive long term, but may only be able to afford a laxative. So instead of seeing a doctor because you have no health insurance you see the man at the local grocery store. We at Delaney Avenue have no health insurance and our immediate needs are destroying our long term health. We are bleeding for investment capital.

Though it is called a redevelopment area, for some of us to truly be rehabilitated we must first be habilitated. Whereby we are in a challenge to be redeveloped many of us must first be developed. The bottom is that the property owners are struggling to survive, to pay the taxes on the properties, eat and keep a roof over our heads. It is like the vultures are waiting for us to fall dead. I see a conspiracy taking place, whereby the handful of sharks are attempting bring down Delaney Avenue permanently and the Dolphins that can turn this around are supporting the sharks in the effort to destroy the chance of a turnaround at Delaney Avenue. Why because of the unethical business dealings due to hunger and not greed. Landlords have to eat!

What we need is a stimulus package for Delaney Avenue; because of its historic relevance it must be preserved. We need Federal, State and Local Government money and the support of the local banks. Government Money to get it started and banks loans to finish the job. I see people pointing fingers at the activities of Delaney Avenue and who the landlords are doing business with. However nobody is lifting a finger to rectify the financial hardships that are the culprit to the activities taking place there. People have to eat and this hunger may well trigger starvation if we do not revive the area with new investment capital.

While many people feel Delaney Avenue, should be how it is and what it is, the bottom line is that the property owners are the ones suffering and the people that handful of sharks directing their traffic to this area are only feeding the landlords crumbs long enough to need more crumbs later. They are treating the landlords like drug addicts and crack heads. As they are suppressing the area in the process of oppressing the people in the community; it is time the turn the page on history here in Avon Park, FL.

I realize people need to have recreation and be allowed to let off steam. When I was younger I partied and it was fun to me, however became my greatest misery. It was a privilege extended to me from the generations before me and shouldn’t be extended to this generation by all.

I was sent here on a mission and by a promise made to Worshipful Master Eston Roberts to do community work and to help revive the economy first in the black community than in all communities and then the nation. This is my promise to the Nation and the White House and President Obama.

People here wonder who I am and what I am about. I’m a servant of the Lord, far from stupid or am I crazy. I walked the road of the oppressed by choice and understand the hardships of the underserved, for I am one of them. The bottom line is I have been through the ringer, because the direction of my life was preordained.

I travelled for 33 years, since I was 17 years old. And the Lord and the nation sent me here. What is about to happen here will be a template for the Nation to follow? Avon Park does not realized it has been blessed, by my presence and the attention it will receive around the nation and the world as a result of my being here on a mission from God and by the Nation of Made Men.

Important people are watching us. As I may have a vision I was taught that a prophet’s vision can only be realized by the actions of the people. The people of the times make’s the vision of the prophet happen and not the other way around contrary to popular belief. I may well be the Grand Architect or Chief Engineer, but my ability to manufacture a final product depends on the staff and technicians.

All to say, millions of dollars is trying to ride thru here and important people want these good things to happen in this area. Operations from the White House to the Gambino Family, from Oprah to Eric Holder to past Presidents such as George W, Bush and Bill Clinton to the support of the Crips are unified in this mission, because the success of this mission holds a key to a better America. That said who am I? I am the real Paul Castellano, now do your homework. I am Gambino!

I call on the scattered Dolphins and those who love the Lord to come together not in fear knowing the Lord is with you and the highest authorities of Mankind also. David Noel of the SBDC Keeps Promise & Makes Another

David Noel of the Small Business Development Center visited the Avon Park Southside Community Redevelopment Area, on Thursday 12 August 2010. He said we should start the redevelopment of the area with the National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC.

The President of the NCNCHINC the Honorable Rev. Frank Paul Jones is working closely with the SBDC Certified Business Analyst David Noel to bring in as many property and business owners as possible. David Noel thinks that the area is a good location and the people are kind, however there is a consensus that for the real money to enter into the area, the redevelopment area needs a better image.

Historically known as a business center of the black community of City of Avon Park; in recent years has became known as a drug infested area, and now is known as a ghost town. The black community of Avon Park badly needs grants and loans to revitalize the area. But the catch 22 is however, creating an attraction to new investment capital.

The Honorable Rev. Frank Paul Jones believes that the community has to embrace change. We cannot afford to continue to compete. Historically preachers danced to the same beat and the best dancer got the largest congregation. Everyone on Delaney Avenue ran a Lounge as all the money in the community went to the white folks for all the necessary services to sustain life. Now for Delaney Avenue to proper, it is imperative that we diversify. Everybody cannot sell beer anymore, especially with all the churches in the area, licenses to sell alcohol are very hard to get.

We are trying to bring together a coalition of property and business owners such as, Joe Hardy, Shawanda Adams, Bishop Brown, Robert Hilton, Sonny Austin and we are reaching out for more support. As Marshall Johnson and John Moss are working closely with the Honorable Rev. Jones and people behind the scenes are trying to create a Network & Coalition we see light at the end of the tunnel.

However as David Noel put it, we have to crawl before we walk, let us open up that building referring to the Headquarters of the NCNCHINC. Then in closing of the meeting on site he said, “Let me go see my old friend Brenda Gray.”

Non Profit Community Can Stimulate Black’s Economy

We all know that working in the non profit sector is no get rich scheme. Often you work longer hours and earn less pay in the non profit sector. Just like a for profit organization a non profit organization has to turn a buck to be economically feasible and sustainable. The reward in the non profit sector is that often you can do something you enjoy doing that is fulfilling in your life. It is a great opportunity to help people.

A lot of non profit organizations however are losing their 503 c 3 status, because they are not properly filling out their tax returns. This is sad that it is happening at a time when more people than ever need the help of the non profit sector.

What is the real difference between the non profit organization and a for profit corporation? The real difference between for profit and non profit is how the money earned from the corporations is paid out to the people. This is beyond the scope of this article.

Understanding that we live in a consumer driven economy and the black community is the underserved and underdogs of America. An interdependent black community can be an essential part of the rebuilding of America’s economy. We at the National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC (NCNCHINC) believe that a dead economy is economics not in motion. People are not working because consumer spending is down, because people are not working. It is a catch 22! If we as a community put people back in motion, people will be able to spend more and it would put people back to work. What is work? It is the inclusion into the labor force for compensation.

The only way the black community is going to rebound from the economic crisis, which is a depression among blacks is to recycle. When I say recycle I am talking about moving money within the community and keeping it in the community as long as necessary to produce more revenue. How can this be done?

We have to have a community business plan incentive. Everyone cannot be a beer jug joint or drug dealer. We need essential business institutions to sustain our economic stability. We need a grocery store with food in it. We need our own laundry mate. We need within the community a hair solon and barbershop that also sells hair supplies. We need entrepreneurs to step up and sell vegetables on stands daily in some of our vacant lots and compensate the land owners for the use of his property; they too have to pay taxes. We need black media to define our black people. We need restaurants so we can stop handing our money to McDonald’s and the Illuminati. We need affordable housing and daycare. I can go on but the article will never end. The Honorable Rev. Frank Paul Jones says we need us to take back our community and stop the oppression of our own people for crumbs.

I was once asked, “What’s mine’s is yours and what’s yours is yours?” Meaning “must I give mine’s and you keep yours?” You are probably wondering what the hell does this have to do with the title of this article. But I say he who has ears will hear my words. This article though posted in the public eye will be fully understood by a handful of people, but be relevant to many as they will have experienced a similar situation.

Dolphins are known for their brains and sharks for their muscle. Dolphins travel in groups because they can better defend themselves this way. While sharks are very aggressive creatures of the sea; in life however among black people we do not have too many groups of dolphins. However we have many sharks. The streets are infested with sharks. While sharks are aggressive and feed off of the weak, the dolphin finds it hard to find like beings. As they say birds of a feather flock together. But are we talking about fish in the sea?

The dolphin is the intelligence of the community, while the shark will keep his brother man oppressed because this is the only way he knows how to make a killing and survive. The sharks talk about bad things when the dolphin is not in their presence, and as he approaches them they change the conversations. See the dolphin is very smart and the shark is too stupid to realize this in his little world. So he calls himself playing the dolphin when in reality he is only playing himself.

Rather than ask the dolphin for information in a Quid pro quo exchange, the shark will try to use the dolphin to get what he wants and needs with no honorable intentions. But what the shark fails to realize is that he has entered the world of light out of darkness. Not realizing that darkness actually blinds the mind from the ability to function in the light.

So the shark attempts to use the dolphin as a Seeing Eye dog, something above a pet but below a made man. Trying to deny the dolphin his rights as a made man not realizing the dolphin wrote the book and is the Grand Architect.

All to lead to what conclusion must I ask? The shark thinks he is smarter than the dolphin, but the dolphin travels in schools and can read and write and understand what is being said between the lines. Understand shark the dolphin understood what was just said. What people do not realize is that the intelligent people that do exist in the black community may seem divided because there is safety in that, but you sharks be not fooled by your arrogance.

Blacks Democratic Loyalty is out of Fear

African Americans like me are often raised to be loyal to the Democratic Party. We were told as children to be democratic. We are often affiliated with this political party for no other reason but we were told to do so. Yet we are supposed to be a more sophisticated generation of African Americans.

Just as we are often democratic we are also Christians for the same reason, because we were told by our parents this is our religious faith. But when our parents tell us to not do the many bad things we have grown to love in darkness, when tend to decide for ourselves on those issues. Must I individualize the many ills of society as a result of our ignorance?

I believe in my humble opinion that many of the things we should listen to we do not and many things we abide by that are our choice to decide on as adults we should investigate into and make wise decisions based on the times we live in. Religion I will not dwell on in the letter, but the other taboo politics I have to touch on.

Yes I believe there is power in numbers and the Democratic Party historically stood for the uncommon man who is out numbered when he stands alone. But should we passively support the democrats out of fear of the evil republicans or should we go back to making politicians earn our votes? To be honest is this love hate relationship or a fear of being hated relationship? Black people do not love democrats, we know this is the good cop bad cop act being played on us. We just realize we have no where else to turn, so we settle for the less of the two evils.

We know the Democratic Party takes us for granted, being they tally our votes before they even run for office. They fight for every vote but the black vote and for this reason do not really discuss issues that are for black people unless it is an inclusive gesture, meaning it will help black people, but this one is for the homosexuals or that one is for the Hispanic vote. Black people have taken a back seat in American politics.

So what is the solution problem solver? You tell me! I joined the Republican Party out of symbolism and to make a political point. Democrats will earn my vote. This is not a suggestion but a fact.

I am about the address a serious dilemma in America. The welfare of children from single parenting homes needs to be addressed. With 40 Million people in America living below the poverty line and 13 million on them children this should be serious concern of all Americans. Why? Can we drain water from a rock? If the parents of the children are poor the chances are the child is also poor.

This single parent agenda bill is about families reuniting or functioning as separate entities to the benefit of the child who did not ask to be born. We have programs for single parents with the children, so we also should take into consideration that the parent separated from their children may from time to time need help also.

The main focus of this bill that I hope will be introduced to the Congress is the children of America poverty levels as a result of single parenthood. One of the main reasons why parents’ breakup is due to economics and by the man being separated from the woman does not necessarily equate to better economic conditions for the child, if the father cannot produce child support.

As we address the poverty levels of the children in America, we must focus on the real issues which are food, clothing and shelter. Most programs focus on the single parent with the children, but the focus should be on the children. We cannot condone teenage pregnancy due to reckless sexual acts, no more than we can condone the deadbeat dads. But if it is due to economic circumstances our question is should it be forgiven for the sake of the children. We cannot continue to use children as pawns to be vindictive towards the poor man in America. Though this is not a black and white issue it is often an aggravated assault on black men.

Why are there not programs to help the deadbeat dad catch up on child support payments? Why once a man falls behind he can never catch up? This is an example of symbolic castration, as we send the mother the check and the father the bill, we send the woman to college and send the brother to jail?

Understand the issue at hand. If money is being paid by tax payers to rectify an economic injustice such as the lack of food, clothing and shelter for a child, why must it become a judicial situation? Thus it is double jeopardy on the tax payer. This is evil and vindictive.

The F.P. Jones Clean Slate Bill is simple. If a man can prove he was a deadbeat dad due to economic circumstances and has means to support his children now, his old debts to society is wiped clean. Though this may sound liberal it will bring deadbeat dads out of hiding and possibly reunited children with both parents active in their lives. If we can forgive illegal immigrants and big corporations we can forgive the little guy struggling to buy a loaf of bread each day.

SBDC Representative David Noel to Visit Black Community in Avon Park

Business Incubators – Local Economic Development & the SBDC

Business incubators are a way to help both the non profit sector and entrepreneurs, develop a stronger business community here in Avon Park. I will not pretend to know all the ins and outs of this business arrangement as it was made aware to me in a brainstorm session with the SBDC with David Noel. However it is a serious thing to consider, both for the non profit and for profit business ventures.

In Highlands County the Local Economic Development Organization is the Highlands County Economic Commission. The Highlands County Economic Commission and the Small Business Development Center here in Highlands County has partnered together to create a one stop shopping situation. Anyway this is my understanding of the arrangement.

David Noel of the SBDC offered to visit the black community to assist in helping push forward “Operation Revive Black Businesses.” An agenda initiated by Rev. Frank Paul Jones and the NCNCHINC. Black business owners, entrepreneurs with a dream to have their own business, property owners in the business district and concerned citizens are being called to this meeting to take place on Delaney Avenue. The actual, venue, date and time is now tentative at the moment, as the NCNCHINC is on David Noel’s calendar for a another meeting. However the place of the meeting is not written in stone.

As it stands the next meeting will be at the office of David Noel, however he wants to visit the district ASAP to better understand the needs of the community, so the NCNCHINC is in the process of arranging for him to come to our side of town on this date to be announced in the near future.

Rev. Jones & the NCNCHINC the Avon Park Community’s Springboard

What started out as a project to startup one non profit organization called the National Community Network and Coalition of Highlands, INC has become a community project says David Noel Certified Business Annalist from the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) who is funded by the SBA. While the NCNCHINC remains the catalyst of the structuring movement, it has become all inclusive.

Rev. Frank Paul Jones the President of the NCNCHINC who is the facilitator in this movement for change says if everyone who needs help in this business district is not included in the development plan, we at the NCNCHINC in actuality really gains very little, it is about community growth. David Noel of the SBDC plans to come to this development district as a result of an invitation from Rev. Jones to survey the area to get a better idea of what can be done to revive the businesses in the area. The time and place of the meeting is tentative as it is being organized by officers of the NCNCHINC.

As so much is about to happen in the Avon Park area, which will result in higher real estate values for property owners. As new roads are on the calendar and are planned to be paved in the area, benches. parks and new affordable housing projects are already funded and about to go into effect in Avon Park. Now with “Operation Revive Black Businesses,” actually in effect we at the NCNCHINC see light at the end of the tunnel and hopes for a better community.

Rev. Jones a strong critic of the black churches in the community says he loves them, as he loves all people, but sometimes it is a tough love. Knowing when to pick a battle is so important, as Rev. Jones admits to sometimes being outspoken, by saying inappropriate things at times. “I know I am not a very good orator, nor was the most significant teacher of the gentiles,” says Rev. Jones, “however I write with an iron hand and it sometimes gets me in trouble with the establishment and the community at large.” “However people should know I am a stand up guy and often very selfless in my actions and Operation Revive Black Businesses is proof of that.”

However Rev. Jones proclaiming himself as the Apostle Paul in the new millennium, says “all my life was basically a living hell, as I am a slave to black folk causes and so unappreciated.” Once asked “but what have you ever done for the black community?” And his sincere response was “I suffered almost all of my life.” When redundantly asked the same question he responded, “What more has a man to give?” “I could have had wealth in abundance but I chose to walk the path of the oppressed, underserved, the sick and suffering only to ask myself today, why I suffered for such ungrateful ignorant fools.” As he walk away he said, “That is what I mean by tough love.”

Any person with an eighth grade education can understand who this is being written about. I shouldn’t have to convince you that the So-Called Jews are not the true Jews as described in the Bible who are the Zulu’s given the name Zews in a secret text. This you should be able to see if you just read what is being said. My job is to open your eyes to the fact that the Bible is talking about you (The African American Slaves) emancipation from the grips of all these lies and deception that have been told to you for hundreds if not thousands of years. You think you was procreated in the likeness of your God , but is Satan you serve and in his image you have become and don’t even know it. While you boast in the Lord, they are laughing at you and me, but not for much longer. His days are coming soon.

These lies certainly go back further than just about every African Americans documented Family Tree or Family history. It is they who are among this evil ruler ship. If they were slaves it was only practice because to condition of the African American in America, is actually result of being put in to bondage for hundreds of years. The slave game isn’t about you walking away with your God and your Culture, but is about a process to make people controllable and sub-servant for as long as necessary to support an economy and allow them to maintain their status and position in society. If the white man really wanted us to be anything but what we have become, the laws would have been written to be enforced to accomplish this.

Until the African American Slaves recognizes me as their King and Lord of Lords, they will remain in bondage in America. The greatest bandage of the Black Man in America, is mental slavery and the lack of self knowledge. If you only would attempt to see the bible characters for who they truly are, it would all make sense to you.

The Pharisees are the Prince Hall Freemasons, whom are ignorant. Because they received their lessons for the same people as you, whom we refer to as the Illuminati based on the teachings of the synagogue of Satan, who you refer to as Jews. They are supposed to know the Lord, but the bible clear tells you that they too were ignorant of the Lord and rejected him. They rejected him just as they and you are doing today. Because that was what you was made into and designed to do. The Black Man in America has no soul, because he rejects the Lord who is their King or Leader.

African American Slaves call themselves Christians, as an excuse to follow European culture and mistreat the Black Woman, telling her some of you’ll must go without a man. Whereby it is a fact that there are 1.8 Million more black women in America then black men. You do the math on monogamy. And they think the Devil is supposed to have their place in my Kingdom. How can you save a warrior with weapons of war that are pointed at you and who sees you as their enemy and has the authority of their slave master to kill you?

I realize our war will only be won, when they take out the many figureheads who claim they represent God but are representatives of the Synagogue of Satan. Trust me it will happen and we are living in the last days.

Now I am going to let you in on something. I knew Pope Benedict XVI, would resign and he repented, because all he wanted was to go to his grave with testicles, which he had to surrender to Satan hold that position of figurative power of Satan. His request was to be granted.

But the fact of the matter is the unification of the body of Christ, will be the uniting of sinners, who have become dissatisfied with their Master’s mistreatment, whom they have been serving. No congregation or church as you can see is the answer to eternal salvation and therefore every knee shall bow and every tongue shall be required to confess and bear witness to the true Lord of Lords. Even the Freemasons or as the Bible describes them as the Pharisees (teaches of the law) have been blind and confused by Satan. They Prince Hall Freemasons have been confused by Satan to think that Satan order is the true Jews and that the African Americans are the Christians. Therefore not realizing they are the black Pharisees described as being against their own leader in service of Satan and that the Prince they referred to as by Beelzebub is in fact the Son of Man.

The true fact of the matter is the Son of Man begun to work for the government soon after, under an alias and thereby found a support and power base with the Gentiles in the name of the Gambino Crime Family (the Mafia), who actually grow dependent on him. Therefore to single out homosexuals, who are no more confused than the next church, whom was organized due to discrimination practices against them due to a certain characteristic that they share which is their sexual practices. Paul didn’t only recognize the Church of Philadelphia as being as a churched that endured patiently, but he recognized each of these churches, even as they where not right, or ready in the eye of God. He just basically said, “Hey, you claim to be of God, but you still need work, OK?”

To not recognize everyone who comes in the name of God, is to cast eternal condemnation upon them, whereby we are in the business of emancipating, and freeing all of mankind from under the corrupt ruler ship of Satan or the Illuminati. But due recognition as a church does not qualify anyone as being eternally saved or eternally sinful, but does qualify a potential member of the body of Christ.

For this reason among others, we decided to promise 150 years as the average lifespan of mankind, in place of the current promise of 70 years. As things stand life is too short and in reality we are dying as babies. We need more time to mold God’s flock into full submission.

Defeating Satan will call on the unification of sinners against the grand architect of sin who is satan, who have become the outcasts of society based on the status quo. And we will defeat him and soon. Which will result in a coalition of diverse people for a common cause, which will be diverse.

However, what almost everyone doesn’t understand is the power of the spirit of the Lord, to not only unify, but its power to guide ones path or journey. The greatest lie is that all these people claiming they are saved and are being moved the spirit of God. This is a lie! Most of these people I do not even know God at all, but may truly desire to meet him.

Understand that once you receive the spirit of God, it will guide you in your every action and move will be guided by the spirit, thereby allowing oneness in God’s flock, which will truly move mountains. This is why we teach that one should walk by faith and not by sight. This is because the mission of the Lord has been already planned to be carried out within the minds of mankind. Therefore the world has no choice but to hand itself over to the Lord of Lords.

In the aftermath, we have to design a just society. And the joys of mankind will also change as we will become one in spirit. Thereby the choices of mankind will no longer be between good and evil, but between a greater good or lesser good and therefore always in a delightful manner for the satisfying of God’s wishes upon mankind. And just as Israel had to go into the wilderness, so will all of mankind, be re-taught to walk in harmony with God. And until than no man is saved and no man is condemned, but every order of mankind will require work.

And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

Understand what is being said here, blasphemy against the spirit will not be forgiven and the reason for this is because you all become blasphemous against the Son of Man. Every teaching has falsehoods integrated into it to create division and a chasm between mankind and the Lord. But it is impossible to refuse the spirit of God, which the Son of Man is in possession of. And any man who receives this spirit and opposes it will not live long after, but will kill himself without a choice on the matter. I mean literally take a gun and point it at his own head and pull the trigger, because they can no longer be trusted with such power and the spirit of God cannot dwell in evil places.

Therefore I must tell you that the aftermath and final judgment will be an era of mankind and not one day, but a times of reconciliation. We will re-teach mankind and remove all these lies and deceptive minefields or stumbling blocks place upon mankind by Satan to destroy us or act as a constraint or control measure for him to maintain his position of control and power over humanity.

The formation of the Church was never based on the truth, but has always been based on a societal need. Not one church is completely on point. I myself was legally ordained as Reverend by a non conventional church that will allow anyone to include homosexuals to create their own religion and even to create a gender neutral God. Meanwhile the so-called Christians have always rejected me. Therefore to restrict them would be to restrict myself, All of mankind have fallen short of the glory of God.

God Revealed my Stage in Life

I was blind and now I can see. I know my stage in life. I know why I was sent to Avon Park, Florida. And therefore I understand what is going on around me and why. The secret behind my message and why I can say things no one else can dare say without the expectations of assassination attempts, is because I AM. They know it but you cannot seem to see it.

My life was designed in parallel to the bible and actually I do not read the bible much, because I am too busy living it and sharing what I found out. I Usually I read it only refer to it to confirm what is transpiring in my life at a certain giving time. This is my way of walking by faith, by allowing the spirit to dictate my decisions and not the opinion of another man’s confused views. My life cannot lie!

Why? Because it begun with me, in that what is going on in the world today and it about to happen we really panned this out. I am simply playing out my life and my faith if you understand what faith truly is based on a vision I had that was spiritual given. But your faith is really about your ability to believe in someone else’s vision and not your own. Everything of Faith is based on a vision. It is something that didn’t happen already, but you believe will happen if you walk accordingly based on a set of instructions. If you never received any instructions, is what you call faith actually fantasy? To have faith in a disorderly operation has to be spiritually based. And the average Joe claiming the spirit knows they are liars.

My future home will be in Highlands County, Florida and not New York City. Therefore my Family from New York City will reside here and it will act as our headquarters location. A lot of money will start being invested here. Property ownership will change. It has already begun on Main Street. Money is being invested their as I write. And there are over 45 businesses in negotiations of expansion into this area and more will follow. And of course, there will be the positioning of who control the marijuana crops, its distribution and sales. A potential $80 billion business nationwide.

I know that people are questioning my morals, for being opening in a relationship with NaQuila L. Hardy while unmarried and how can I explain my arguments as to my being married to Janet DJ Jackson? Part of my problem adjusting to what was happening in my life, was my own ignorance to the reality that this is spoken about in the bible, but only can be explained in detail by me and the person (s) being spoken of.

First of all, Janet DJ Jackson symbolizes the Jews throughout my writings about her. If you understand the bible, you know that the Jews rejected Jesus Christ and thought they could get him killed. What I am going to prove, is that our lord and Savior never stopped loving the Jews, but never gave them fools such power. If I give up on Janet Jackson, it would mean my giving up on the African Americans (Jews). And I do not think the people most convinced that I am crazy really want the consequences that will go along with such a decision.

Black folk’s simply do not know when they reject me and call me names such as crazy, it isn’t Christians rejecting me, it is the Jews as explained in the bible. The fact of the matter is that the Mafia headed by The Gambino Crime Family is and has always been my most loyal (they got my back) and they are who represent the Gentiles. People like Bill Gates and (the many new billionaires with Foundations to help the poor) are my loyal Gentiles. And these are the people in custody of my money.

The old money the Illuminati like the Rockefellers and the 13 Families of the Illuminati to paint a picture of Satan to you, are in their last days of ruler ship, because we took most of their money any from them and placed it in custody of whom we decided are appropriate. Had I gave to the African American’s, they would have given it back or they would have knocked them off, they are loyal servants of Satan and do not know it.

NaQuila is in the bible or someone will come into my life in a similar manner. And mention this because I know this is a huge stumbling for the so-called Christians who believe in not judging, but all they do is judge based on confusion a chaos. How can you judge someone else and not even know who you are?

It is not Jewish nature to be bound to one woman to be without a woman. But Jews (so-called Christians) will say they are sinners based on this reality or Godly need, but the true nature before their fall into slavery is and was polygamy for those who choose it. And therefore the black family will forever be divided as long as we pretend this is sin and not our true and Godly nature. Especially in a world whereby it is designed to make black women bread winners of their male counterpart.

The Conclusion I have a right as the Son of Man, as Jew and especially as the Kings of all Kings to sleep with who and wherever choose. No man of earth has the authority to enter me into wedlock even if I considered this. And until NaQuila meets Apostle Paul Castellano, whereby every thought becomes know, I the Rev. Frank Paul Jones in my current state cannot tell you the future.

But the m oral to this story is this; when the black man in America wakes up and realizes who he is and what are his Godly nature and accept it, not until then will the black community develop into a community based on the great African proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child.” When so-called Christians preachers read this scripture that judged then and judge now. But never asking what was this woman of sin and why was she weeping. And never looking at the condition of our community today. But never inquiring as to why she was weeping.

The house was Worshipful Master Eston Roberts house, where I live today. My home has not been built yet.

What happened was a woman in need came to my home. But everyone in the community was judgmental towards her, always judging and never trying to figure out how they could help her. But as you put it a sinner stranger took her in, whereby in the whole town of Christians nobody gave her another option. And the problem is there are too many women in the black community crying in distress, while nobody wants to answer the call but forever judging.

Now come Operation Solution and Response. The question is with who?

Thereby they have the ability to remove anyone outside the original families from positions of power all the way to up to the White House (by any means), thereby taking away their prestige and all their comforts in life at anytime if so desired. Thereby making the fruits of their labor contingent to their loyalty to the falsehood that they created to maintain society and control the masses in support of their agenda. A fool will say, “but there was not computers when the bible was written.” But that same person will justify the Bible as Holy because of prophets and prophecies. And therefore contradict themselves. All we did is made it easy for the many people who may have gotten left-out due to this stumbling block.

Believe it or not, this is a true statement. Almost all the knowledge of the world, can be found on the internet. So why would God exclude himself?

While this was the work of the anti-Christ, what people fail to understand is that Satan, can only do with he setout to do. Even when he thinks of something new, it isn’t really new and therefore he is predicable.

Man’s Greatest Enemy is Desire

Hate has no place in a man’s heart, it will only lead to self destruction, which is the agenda of our enemy the evil one. However, mankind through a process of brainwashing for many centuries, have developed hatred among ourselves. The key behind the development of the consistent conflict among mankind, which got us to the point we are in now, whereby the world is full of hatred, division and wars is our misguided desires. And the Bible, which has the greatest influenced over the world’s current structure, beyond any literature known to mankind today, is clearly based on desire and how to manipulate our desires to serve their purpose, if misunderstood as is by most. Most people and especially Christians, joined the Church based on a desire. “Eternal life with God in heaven.”

There are one great desire innate within all of mankind which is self preservation and it is based on one instinctive aspect of all humankind, the need for procreation, which the process becomes a natural pleasure in humankind (sex) that we often learn to use as a weapon against people we see as weak. We all have needs that must be satisfied. We are all born dependent, yet to survive as a baby we require food, clothing and shelter, provided to us by someone else usually a parent, who has been through this brainwashing process themselves and can only teach us what they know or think.

Then as we grow older we are educated as well by an education system, which is the ultimate brainwashing process, because we are not taught the truth but think we are, while in reality the truth of the matter is that truth is not absolute, but relative to whose side you are on. Often God’s truth and Satan’s truth are opposing. Because the Bible is adversarial. And our society is structured based on the Biblical principles of Satan. We are taught in school to support our economy and to maintain the status quo of the world’s current rulers. From the beginning of the Bible’s first introduction in Genesis 1.1 through 2.1, it has always been about economic ruler ship and the control of the masses, through manipulation and confusion. Please understand the Creation Theory Defined.

Even God’s flock is economically based. Think about it, while Christians are taught, to not be of the world, they uphold their discipline towards God based on their belief’s as to what God’s wishes or desires are for them. And the promise is materialistically describe, in such ideas as a of Heaven being paved streets of Gold. This is clear materialism. Therefore justifying their oppressive state of being on earth, for an escrow account in heaven, based on a faith, they themselves often know is not true in many cases. Because they are not moving any mountains. Hell all too often, they cannot even congregate beyond doctrine, which has little to do with God’s plan.

This makes them in reality no different than those they claim are evil or of the world. They rationalize having nothing now, so that those who have it all on earth can keep it and continue to oppress them, in return of an escrow account, only promised to those who are obedient to scripture in faith. This rationalization has many ties and controls on one’s behavior based on morals principles of overcoming the physical desires we developed over the years as a result of information we are forced to receive on a daily basis, to manipulate our innate need which is the desire to procreate like beings, both mentally and physically. Yet morals apply only to this world, with the understanding we are our worst enemy. So from the beginning we are programmed to develop an internal conflict within self. Because if one desires something the Bible prohibits that man created. Good cop bad cop crap. They handed us a book, created a society they could rule an cursed us, with internal conflict.

Somehow we are programmed to rationalize, being spiritual based on our physical characteristics, that have been designed by those who molded us into society. As a result of misguided desires, we learn things like hatred toward those, we do not agree with, because we are taught that one must agree with the “Word of God” and follow the laws of mankind. And being we are in the image of God, we too have this innate characteristic and want people to see things in our light. Yet who can honestly say they received the Word of God or actually understand the laws of land? When the Bible clearly teaches us, Jesus Christ is the Word of God.

The Bible is not the word of God, but is a discovery at best in legal terms, whereby both sides (God& Satan) had the opportunity to explain their positions. And please understand the Bible is not a ticket to salvation but is a law book, delivered by So-called Jews, who do not even believe in it themselves. While Christians claim the Bible is only God inspired, so does the flock of Satan manifest this book as Satan inspired and a tool of oppression. They just do not advertise and promote it the way Christians do, thereby avoiding the minefields they designed for Mankind to stumble on.

For example, we often have you heard people say things like the Freemasons serves Satan and is an evil secret order? Now I will reveal something I told few people. While I was in Germany in 1976-77, we edited the NIV bible and a Masonic Bible. Now understand I was blackballed from entry into of Prince Hall Freemasonry before ever attempting to join them. Because they are clandestine Freemasons, which is a good thing. Why? Because I would have had to kill too many of them off had I did joined with them and they are an too important a part of what is happening and why. While they are some of God’s most loyal servants, even they must be re-taught. Because they describe the Lord as a person possessed by evil spirits and yet they still serve him and he is clearly their Master. When you understand the original Freemasons are the hands of the Illuminati, Prince Hall is based on the mythology of the true Jesus. A person born of a father slave master and a mother who was a enslaved by him. And that is the significance of Carlo Gambino and Blond Eva Jones. A black woman working for the Mafia, who gave birth to his child who was the promise that would free the African Americans from bondage.

The war is being fought and will be fought, by Orders such as Prince Hall Freemasons, The Crips and Organized Crime families, and the many sinners, who joined in this fight, who are the true Christians and Jews so to speak. So I tell you this, anyone can serve God in a time of war, provided he is a loyal warrior. In the aftermath of warfare a soldier has to be re-taught, because are warriors code conduct is not the same as a civilian.

As you can see the problem often with so-called Christians is that their repentance is prior to our victory over the evil ruler and is based on their being defeated by Satan and someone on a white horse will come out of the clouds a free them for this tyrant. . Often their repentance is solely based on the immoral activities and the acts against mankind they engaged in, in the process of harming only themselves. Such as black on black crime, drug addition and so on. Whereby orders like the Prince Hall Freemasons, Crips, Mafia and even Homosexuals and the many other sinners as we understand sinners, will be the warriors of God in the last days. Evil is under infiltration, but God have the power to heal. And then come this day.

God is amazing! Through the spirit of God in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I must give all the credit to, for what I have come to realize and therefore can now share with you.

Please try to follow me: I had a mental picture about the future Avon Park, Fl and Highlands County many years ago. I saw the Queensbridge Project’s in the borough of Queens in New York City as my birthplace and Avon Park, FL as my promise land. It’s funny how one’s promise often seems to be the place where the foundation of his family begun. Though I was not born in Avon Park, I have birthrights here. And in New York City my rights were established through accomplishments in seemingly everlasting escrow accounts, where I had no birthrights, yet I was born there.

This is the story of most African Americans. Though we were raised in the North, our families originated in the South. Please understand this, before I continue, “African Americans are not originally from Africa, Africans were brought here to America from Africa and all family ties were eliminated for almost all African American’s and there tongues were symbolically cut to prevent them from speaking in native languages. Therefore the African American in almost cases originated in the Southern States of America as slaves on plantations and as a result of being repressed by tyranny, many migrated to the Northern States into urban areas populating major cities in search of better opportunities”. And then by design was forced into mere survival situations in urban subsidized housing complexes, trapped with no place to go but social services, such as food stamps, welfare and job training programs almost never resulting in creating an independent calls of people.

The only man who requires the granting of his birthrights given to him is a man who is absent of them. With the understanding that the African America birthrights in America were duly recognized by President Abraham Lincoln. The Sherman’s Special Field Orders, No. 15, revoked by President Andrew Johnson (who was obviously in agreement with the Knights of the Golden Circle and a Confederate sympathizer) after the assassination of President Lincoln. It required 400,000 acres of land along the Atlantic coast of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and the dividing of it into 40 acres, among about 18,000 freed slave families and others living in these areas. These are the facts behind why we have the birthright to demand not just “40 acres and a mule,” but also compounded interest payments based on the economic and population growth since the government reneged. Or was it really only an empty threat by president Lincoln towards the Southern whites Or was President Lincoln’s assassination actually a conspiracy and thereby the South’s actual checkmate and final move against the North?

What people fail to realize is that the civil war wasn’t actually won on the battle field, as in most wars. What actually transpired was a long drown out political civil- economic war, that used social issues as a means of controlling the masses of many poor blacks, until this day. It was devastating in the South then and still is now, but be not fooled, it is and was oppressive from black people up North as well. Because when black people went up North, we actually left our homes and surrendered our birthrights to tyranny state government that are still confederate states. They simply modified their tactic to win public acceptance for their business corrupt practices. Because it was always about state rights, which is the fight of the now Republican Party representation until today in Washington D. C. our Capital.

When you understand the mission of the Knights of the Golden Circle and how they disappeared by establishing new identities, you understand that the South never surrendered. And very few know the true identifies of these people. But promised to continue their fight in what they billed as the second civil war, which continues in America until present day. For example I can testify that there are a lot of repressive laws right here in Avon Park, Fl., which is clearly based on confederate southern culture and governance. They proved over 100 years ago that the key to winning the civil war in America was to control the figurehead in the White House called the President and deceive the masses through mass media. Just as they did the slaves using the bible, by programming them with ideas like “Love your Master.”

General Sherman’s special field orders, No 15 was made under President Lincoln’s authorized martial law, during the civil war. The orders were signed January 16, 1865 and was revoked by President Andrew Johnson in that same year in the fall, while we were still under martial law. So the buck stopped their, regardless of the size of the Army or who won on the battlefield, the President had an iron hand to rule, as a result of Lincoln’s decision, but the authority was transferred to a hostile President in Andrew Johnson. Which brings about an important question. Are we still under martial law? Because martial law was never actually legislatively lifted.

The Freedmen’s Bureau (The Federal Agency), which included things like land distribution, was established in 1865 and ceased to exist in July of 1868, when the 14 Amendment was ratified, without President Andrew Johnson’s approval, but through a Congressional override despite President Johnson’s, constant vetoes to prevent African American emancipation, independence and economic growth. But still as you will see, what we got out of the deal called the 14 Amendment was another 100 years of oppression in a nutshell.

The 14 Amendment did not and was not designed to emancipate the slaves of the South, nor did it really give many blacks in the North true and equal citizenship as equal partners within the Union. What it was really all about, was the system of reintegrating Southern States to their homes and properties and what they demanded from the beginning, which what we all too often hear about everyday on the news. State Rights! And it was clearly about the reintegrated Southern white back into the Union, with full benefits. That is all the 14 Amendment was and is. If it was anything more, why were the civil right battles of the 1960’s necessary and today most of the grounds gained then is now seemingly being taken away again. Because many forms of oppressive measures are still being obligatory force on the black American.

The civil war wasn’t fought due to the love the Northerners had for the then oppressed and enslaved African slaves in the Southern States. The truth of the matter is morally they cared less. The truth of the matter is that the Civil War of 1860-1865 -2014, is and was fought over States rights. The War Between the States began because the South demanded States’ rights and were not getting them. The Southern States arguments was that they were paying taxes without fair representation. It was two years later into the war when President Lincoln decided to free the slaves and had nothing to do with any declarations of war. It wasn’t until September after the bloody”Battle of Antietam, or Sharpsburg, on September 17, 1862″ this was why President Lincoln decided to make the promise to free the slaves, which was two years into the war. It was punishment against the Southern States. Negroes who think for one moment that these cousins killed off each other as they did, because they even cared about what they both preserved as cattle or food, is foolish at best. Our purpose fro being shipped here was clearly about a source of cheep labor, through oppressive policies. It was about economics and trade rights. Slavery was just one form of trade rights, as is State rights.

The North really didn’t have a problem with the slavery industry of the South, but was actually concerned with controlling it and the regulation Southern trade or who the South was authorized to sell their cotton too. All during slavery the Northern States did business with the South. So how were they ever actually against the labor used to support their industry? They depended on the South’s ability to produce cheep products in the same way as big corporations do business with third world repressive governments. While the South offered us a job in fields for a plate of food, the North offered us welfare, food stamps and job programs, but few careers, to eat off of. And now they cal us lazy people, who do not want to work.

The position of the North was “you can have all the slaves you want as long as you sell all your products produced by their labor to us up North, to support our industries.” Meanwhile the Southern economy was sinking fast. Therefore the South wanted to expand their business ventures to Europe, which would have meant bigger profits for them and a greater demand for their products, meaning higher prices for the North and more competition, creating lower consumer costs. But this could have crippled the North, whose economy was booming and growing fast under these arrangements. This is why the seceded States of the Confederation took action against the Union and left them. Therefore to preserve the Union to maintain their source of low cost raw material, the civil war had to be fought and the emancipation of slaves was really a strategy to undermine the Southern white with empty threats. It was about money as always every war seems to be fought for and not about sympathy, compassion or humanity rights for blacks. The history taught about the civil war is deceiving, because the truth of the matter is that the South won the war through espionage, when they killed President Abraham Lincoln.

Understand that if Lincoln would have gotten his way, it would have required that black people be allowed to produce weapons of war. And truly have the rights to bear arms in America. The second amendment wasn’t drafted as a means of personal self defense in the sense that it is promoted today by the National Rifle Association. The NRA is just another scheme being used by people like the Knights of the Golden Circle. The second amendment is about land owner rights and the right to protect your property. Had the 40 aches and mull deal been enforced, it would have required black landownership and therefore the full protections of the second amendment. This is something the South knew they could never let happen.

But instead they have us boxed in urban America without true gun rights, killing off each other on the streets over drugs, because jobs are hard to come by and we have no land rights in reality. This is something the Southern white Confederates knew could never happen and had to be prevented by any and all means necessary, they could not allow 400,000 aches of land to fall into the hands of African Americans in the period of history, because it was against Master Plan of the Grant Architecture of America that begun with the drafting of the Creation Theory. Think about it at about $3,000 per ache multiplied by 400,000 would come out to about $1.2B, Oprah Winfrey probably has that herself. But now multiply this by 100 years at the interest rates they charge us of 22%. Then we have to ask, if the North really won the war, they should compensate us as well with matching funds. Because how can you say you setout to liberate a group of people, only to destroy their homes and replace them back under the same tyranny by granting the right to have their own government against under a better financial system.

The phrase “40 acres and a mule” has come to symbolize the broken promise that Reconstruction policies would offer economic justice for African Americans. The “40 acres and a mule” promise featured in the Pigford v. Glickman (1999) decision. Ruling that the United States Department of Agriculture had discriminated against African American farmers, Friedman wrote: “Forty acres and a mule. The government broke that promise to African American farmers. Over one hundred years later, the USDA broke its promise to Mr. James Beverly.” (a black farmer who lost everything due to discriminatory practices by our Federal Government) “40 Acres and a Mule” is often discussed in the context of reparations for slavery.

However, realistically speaking, ‘forty acres’ purpose was to provide land for political and economic reasons and it had a price tag in dollar value and would have actually meant freedom to African Americans and reparations is about the unconditional compensation to African Americans as a result of lifetimes of unpaid labor or the compensation of unpaid labor by our ancestors. But in the absence land distribution reparations would be a mere stimulus package and no more that would be the grounds to finally silence the world, by pretending to pay their debt was paid. And therefore doesn’t actually address what transpired when the law of land distribution was not enforced. In fact, President Andrew Johnson, not only stop the process, but in a sense declared war against the African farmers and if not, how can it be justified that he gave black farmers property as they put it back to the Southern whites. When in reality he took their land back from them, which they got as a result of land that was confiscated for an enemy combatant. Which doesn’t qualify was giving back something, which was stolen to begin with and lost as a result of a war. The real issue of concern was and still is economic and political empowerment of African Americans to create a true partnership within the Union, which is the only way to gain equal rights and citizenship. This it the real and unresolved issue that must be addressed.

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was never in Captivity

There is speculation that Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was never in captivity, but was in co huts with the Taliban from the beginning of his engagement. By being within the inner circles of the Taliban he was able to assist them in the planning and coordination of all Taliban’s activities.

If the CIA knew this from the beginning, this would qualify him as a CIA operative, which would bring about a lot of questions as the validity of the war on Terror and our role in it. This is something the government has to be able to deny and therefore he will probably never be a hero, even if he is. And this brings into question the FBI knowledge of such type operations. Because the FBI is our anti terrorism agency and not the CIA, who is often the culprit of investigation.

I know that the government knows everything by now, as to what happened the last 5 years in Afghanistan and what was Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl role in whatever living arrangement he had. If they didn’t know all along, they know now. They had to put him under hypnosis and feed him truth serum regardless of his capacity prior to leaving, for security reasons.

This bring us to damage control. Anyone with common sense knows that President Barack Obama, did not just break the law just to release 5 top leaders of the Taliban, knowing if they kill a bunch of Americans or anyone, President Obama could be charged in the court of international opinion as an accomplice to mass murder. And it doesn’t have to take place here, but in Europe or Israel, with proof of direct ties to one of them? Only a fool would do such a thing and President Obama is no fool, he has future plans for the international stage, sort of how Pres. Clinton is doing it but even bigger.

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl may have to become a fall guy. And with the accusations being made by his fellow soldiers who serve with him? Over 3,500 men and women of the arms forces was silenced because of this. Therefore he could never be a hero or safe in America, unless the truth is revealed. They will be forced to send him away for life and/or give him a new identify. I am sure he knew this prior to accepting this mission?

Terrorism Gains Dignity Under Obama Administration

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl for 5 Taliban Commanders? This is what is being sold to the American people. This is why I admire President Barack Hussein Obama. He seems to be comfortable with putting the proper priorities first. While the world is looking at the military history of someone whose military accomplishments at best will result in a honorable discharge and PTSD 100% check for the rest of his life. We all know he can never again be trusted.

Meanwhile, President Obama plays the “they hate me” card as an excuse and takes the heat for his lame excuse for releasing these terrorist by saying, “Nobody left behind.” He plays the role, “Well everyone knows I am a stupid negro.” Meanwhile Intelligence and the obvious trade of major intelligence taking place and is being overlooked right before all of the world.

The only way President Obama can justify what just took place is a matter intelligence. People must understand we sent back to the Taliban is what they sent back to us, but 10 times worst and 5 times as many, in terms of brainwashing processes. What was sent off was a creation of our intelligence agencies, to include reprogramming the psyche, hypnosis sessions with truth serum and every other means necessary to break them down, in order to reprogram them to support our agenda and causes worldwide. Therefore their influence will most likely be pro American, unless they are forced to kill themselves in a suicide bombing of sorts. But as leaders and planners, we must have control of their rationalization and therefore their decisions.

Americans must understand that our greatest weapons in the war against terror is electronics and technology and theirs is human sacrifice. The only way to infiltrate an enemy whose greatest weapon is the fact that his fighters honor death in sacrifice as an act of warfare, is to infiltrate the psyche of its leadership. If we can change the way they think, we can change the way they react or how they determine who are their enemies and thereby control them thru the CIA to support our international agenda. Even if this means their destruction and our operatives reintegrated back to America upon the completion of their destruction.

This is not about a deserter because such a person does not deserve this much attention. It is not about “leave no man behind.” I love President Obama, Clinton and Bush, but none of them really served in the military. There is a deeper meaning to this than the politically accepted idea promoted by non warriors. The other part of this phrase is “Death before Dishonor.” This is the warriors creed on the frontline, to insure he is not left behind or a detriment to his fellow soldier. A true warrior will not intentionally be taken alive. Under these conditions, should no man be left behind. This does not include men walking to the enemy intentionally or even unintentionally, he should have had his weapon at all times and tried to not be captured.

Therefore with a clear understanding of what is meant by “leave no man behind,” we are talking about a fighting man’s creed and not about the political negotiations. This are words used by fighting men who really are willing to die for our country. I did not say just join the Army, but join it and accept the creed of “death before dishonor.” Someone like the 6991USA Names that died in Afghanistan, these are the names we should memorialize and not Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. Let us keep it real and focus on the real issues. The new meaning of terrorism as defined the anti terror organization The FBI, is to come because of this!

Black Leaders AWOL on Top Social Issue

Facts: There are 21 legal medical marijuana states and DC and 5 states pending medical marijuana legalization in 2014. By 2015 over half the states our the Union, could be allowed the produce, distributed, sell and use of medical marijuana legally. Meanwhile, President Obama during his White House Correspondence Diner on May 3rd, 2014, he jokingly said referring Legalized Recreational Use of Marijuana in the States of Colorado and Washington as a social experiment they are allowing, he said to this effect that, “We are not eavesdropping on people in Washington and Colorado, having stupid conversations over the phone, as a part of our social experiment taking place that we are allowing.”

How did he know the conversations were stupid? The NSA? What do you think is really happening?

Facts and opinion based on trends: With 2 States allowing recreational marijuana and 25 States allowing medical marijuana to be sold in their States and a Federal Government not enforcing the marijuana drug laws, with the understanding that marijuana is listed as a schedule one drug (one of the most dangerous drugs on the streets) by the DEA. Compounded by the Attorney General Eric Holder’s position to ease up on the sentencing guidelines for non violent drug offenses, what do you really think will be the natural transition or future plans? We predict that one of President Obama last acts aside from his presidential pardons, will be the signing of legislation to end the prohibition of marijuana in the whole United States. He leaves office in only 970 days on 20 January 2017. The countdown has begun!

My argument is there are no nationally recognized black leaders or investors on the forefront of this serious social issue that is also a serious economic issue. Our focus as black people seems to be as consumers only, focusing on who will be able to use the drugs to get high, for medical purposes or our plans to never use such a drug as good Christian of sorts. Yet already we have a $40 billion marijuana crop in the United States, which is our most valued crop by far and Gov. Scott of Florida just agreed to sign a bill into law SB 1023 that will allow the State of Florida to grow a marijuana crop worth about $7.5 Billion easy or about 20% of our current total product.

Yet from first glace, his plan doesn’t even include black people as potential distributors. We will not even be able to bid in the State of Florida for a medical marijuana dispensary. Unless we have black owned plant nurseries that was in business for 30 continuous years and can produce at least 240,000 plants, even Oprah Winfrey money is not good in the State Florida as far as marijuana goes, unless she wants to smoke some, under Gov. Scott’s watch. So I wonder how many black owned marijuana farms or dispensaries are there in the United States of America. This is something we must start paying attention to. And something wealthy black should concern themselves with. These unfair business practices is a clear cut blackout.

Another concern is how they have been deciding on where to place medical marijuana dispensaries and how many can operate in a given State. And the way they are doing it is racially biased, yet I heard not one black voice raise the question as to why and how do they justify this distribution system laws and restrictions.

Fact: There are about 1 marijuana dispensaries for every 10 pharmacies in each state. First of all pharmacies are located were there are people who have health insurance.

Fact: 30.4% of Hispanics, 17% of blacks, and 9.9% of whites do not have health insurance. While Hispanics are 17% of the population, black 12% and white about 65%, then when we consider the poverty level of each group, we will be able to determine how many people have private insurance. Marijuana as a medication is not recognized by any government insurance such as Medicaid, Medicare or Veterans Benefits. So what is the correlation between how many Pharmacies exist in a given State as a determining factor as to how many medical marijuana dispensaries will be able to open and where they will be placed?

While our black leadership is AWOL on these social and economic issues, they are designing a distribution system that will exclude black people as investors other than as a consumer of these drugs. And the tend is gaining momentum from State to State and will become the nationwide policy, if we do not quickly become a part of the process of the legislative creation on marijuana sales and distribution.

While they are in all reality addressing a serious social problem, which is that they really cannot afford to continue to fund the enforcement of the prohibition of marijuana anymore, they pitched us a curveball to create a blackout in the legislative intent. They devised a plan to distribute medical marijuana first as a way to determine who can distribute it on these basis, so when it becomes legal by federal law as a recreational drug, the distribution system of marijuana will not include many black people and will be setup.

Fact: Black are about 4 times more likely to get busted for marijuana than whites, and in proportion to the population the disparity is about 15 times more likely for blacks to get arrested.

This is the proper indicator as to where marijuana is being sold to the consumers and who is selling it to them and how much. It is not being sold near our neighborhood Walgreen’s Pharmacy. It is being sold by black people in black ghetto communities and little of the money stays in our community and that is the problem. But somehow the location of pharmacies and not black communities has become the determining factor as to how many and where the legal market will take place. There is something very wrong with this picture. It is clearly a hypocrisy!

Marijuana is the biggest and its most valued crop in the United States estimated at about $40 billion and it is about to hit Wall Street as a major commodity, after they divide the distribution licenses among themselves. Its value will at least double in 5 to 10 years upwards and above $80 Billion annually. While blacks are a major influence in this legislative change, it clearly doesn’t address the black disposition in the policy decisions. Illegal drugs have destroy our community, so now you legalize it and exclude of in the legal process to determine how it will be controlled and regulated?

So I say to our black leadership and investors, wake up and become involved in this nation changing event. Black leaders with nationwide appeal must open up to these issues creating nationwide social and economic dialog. People like Rev. Al Sharpton, Rev, Jesse Jackson, Magic Johnson, Min. Louis Farrakhan, Oprah Winfrey, Spike Lee, Sean Combs, Mr. & Mrs. Carter and the many influential black people, must put their money and influence behind this issue to become allowed by law to invest in its distribution.

If we do not act soon, we will be once again left behind tomorrow, while owning an urban basketball team for $1,000,000,000. We will be excluded from a multi-billion dollar industry with world wide prospects and future growth. Therefore as the consumers we are, we will be able to smoke our weed and watch basketball, music videos, and comedies, while we merely dream about making it big pros one day. But merely surviving in America. Because we are not really included the real economic community controlling issues.

Conjecture: Aside from someone on a white horse coming out of the sky, black’s in America only real hope for black community redevelopment nationwide; as a means of recovery from the many years of this war on drugs, whose frontline was in our communities, is the reinvestment of the profits from marijuana production, distribution and sales made in our State and community. And this can and will only happen if we are involved in the legislative process, while securitizing every decision made, will this happen.
